Go ahead and dig through the court clerk's office for those specific file numbers because, honestly, you’ll never find them listed in the actual judgment.
David Gonzalez6 said:I mean, all the federal agencies are claiming he’ll definitely be convicted, but being tried in a place like Savannah isn't the same as being in D.C... the courts in D.C. tend to be much tougher.
Plus, if it ends up being probation, technically he still gets "convicted," so the label sticks either way.
I mean, sure, it could even be five bucks. I’m not the judge here. Or maybe he just wasn't home when they came knocking? Who knows? Why don't you go ahead and set up a fake profile for him too, then just start uploading his photos there.
I mean, you can get hit with 8 years just for a rape charge alone. And when you start stacking these crimes on top of each other? The sentences just pile up, so they could easily end up looking at way more than that.

Who on earth says you can't be a wanted person if an indictment hasn't been officially filed yet? It’s really just a question of what exactly we're dealing with here, isn't it? And honestly, who even knows what kind of trouble your ex would have actually ended up in?
Michael Kelly said:So, I’m sitting here wondering when the FBI is actually going to issue a European Union Agency for Cybersecurity warrant for my ex. This guy is a total nightmare—harassment, threats, smashing my phone, and creating Fake Instagram and Facebook profiles just to post nude photo-checks of me. It's relentless.
He managed to make an escape to Germany, and right now, neither the local police nor the FBI can get their hands on him. I’m trying to figure out how long it takes for a warrant to hit over there in Germany so he can finally be picked up and extradited back to the States to face some actual jail time.
The cops have been looking for him, but the coward keeps messaging me from those fake accounts while he's hiding out in Germany, basically laughing in my face because he thinks he's untouchable.
The second the Democrats take back control, things might actually change.
And don't even get me started on the customs vehicles—they’ve got the light bars and sirens too, so they basically have the right of way just like any other emergency rig out there.
Gerald Thompson5 said:Look, there are these rapid response security teams out there working 24/7, jumping on calls for robberies, break-ins, or any kind of property damage. I actually work as one of those interceptors myself, so I know exactly how this job goes down.
In my opinion, we really need blue light strobes on our units. It’s about being able to get to the scene fast and actually having a fighting chance at catching a suspect during a pursuit.
Right now, we’re stuck using yellow lights on our vehicles, which honestly feels pretty useless—they don't really change anything in traffic. Given what we do, we should have blue lights so other drivers actually pull over, giving us the right of way and the ability to clear red lights when we're in the middle of an emergency or a chase.
So, what’s the consensus here? Do you guys think us security responders should be rocking blue lights?
Obviously we need blue lights or strobes, but I mean, we probably need a siren too, right?
ironcyclist58 said:Blue lights don't give anyone a free pass through a red light. Sure, the cops, military police, and Customs agents can blow right through a red, but that’s not because of the lights... they have the authority to do it whether those sirens are even on or not.
Look, you can totally just celebrate on May 31st if you want, it's basically the same thing anyway. I mean, seriously, why didn't Franjo Harmon just turn his own birthday into a national holiday or something? And besides, Josip Broz Marshall wasn't even born on May 25th to begin with, so what's the big deal?
Honestly, once he actually goes after him, we'll finally see if it counts as self-defense or just straight-up attempted murder—and I don't mean because he's drunk, I mean because he actually did something wrong. Just walking down the street? That's not a crime, right?
