The only thing is, after this angiography, I didn't end up with that huge bruise in my groin. I actually complained about it because there was still an old mark on my right side from before.
This time they went through the left side using a smaller needle... so you can barely even see it now... just a tiny little dot where they poked me.😉
So, I finally got back from my follow-up at the hospital on Friday—had to do those repeat angiographies. They’re telling me everything looks fine, "supposedly," but honestly? I don't feel any better at all...
Can you believe they didn't even give me a new medical history or hand back my old one? Like, seriously?
Bottom line is, I'm totally dependent on others to get by right now... but hey, I'm still holding out hope that things will actually start looking up soon!

Nothing crazy then... maybe just some little prayer book suited for their age.
Now THAT would be a real surprise in a sea of expensive junk... something simple... actually fits that whole Christian modesty thing... isn't that what they preach anyway?😉
Who’s really to blame for turning the Eurovision Song Contest into such a brutal grind? At least back in the day, performers like Duje showed us we could actually pull off something better. It feels like everyone else just learned the trick—just send them some catchy little earworms with a killer beat and a chorus you can't shake.
Seriously, nobody? Then people act all surprised when they get votes from America, not just from those other guys. There aren't even enough of them to rack up those 12 points...

You really think those ones with "socialism" in the title were the problem? One country in Sweden actually has more social programs today than America did during its absolute peak.
And it's definitely not true that everyone back then was driving on the left side of the road...😁
It feels like we totally forget that nurses are basically the ones taking all the heat, just doing exactly what the boss orders, while the boss gets to play the hero at the end of the day.
It’s wild seeing how differently my son and I handle things in our situation. When he talks... he sounds so set in his ways, but honestly? It feels like he just treats whatever a doctor says as absolute gospel...
Then there’s the staff... we were sitting there waiting our turn in front of the ER at the hospital... and nobody has any clue how many other people are stuck waiting ahead of us. There was this elderly lady in a wheelchair, too, trying to catch a nurse's eye a few times to ask for help getting to the restroom. But the nurse just tells her she can only get help if she can actually stand up on her own—which, from where we were sitting, looked totally impossible. Not even the nurse seemed to realize it.
They eventually worked something out and headed toward the bathroom. I don't know what happened after that, but my son’s reaction was pretty brutal... He basically said they should all be put on forced labor without pay or something... because seriously, how is it even possible that a hospital doesn't have a way to help someone in a wheelchair use the restroom?
But hey, nobody heard that outburst except for me and my husband. 😁
So, my therapist uses parts of this method too. But when I read up on it, it looks like she sticks strictly to the book. It’s a different story when you realize the official protocol calls for 40 minutes per session—I just don't have the willpower for that! 🙄 Just wanted to mention that I actually found her through a private agency that’s contracted with the SSA.
