Maybe Casey Palmer5 will finally have something to say 🙄 that actually makes sense. I’m talking studies and hard data... because you can't just claim free radicals are caused by extra oxygen intake without proof. So, Casey Palmer5. :?

Sead Memic Vajt! I was only twelve back then. His lyrics hit me instantly... total life-changing stuff for someone my age at the time. Metal wasn't really a "thing" yet, but I know that music would've hooked me immediately. There were other greats, sure—maybe even Judas—but getting to them felt out of reach.
Just Vajt. He looked like the quintessential metalhead with that wild hair and beard, even if his sound was a bit more mellow. Man... you guys have no idea how lucky you are to have all this modern metal and Soulfly now... seriously... back then, there was only one—Sead Memic Vajt.
frčlopir said:I absolutely love this kind of crap...🙄 "I mean, Rollins wasn't even in the original lineup, hellooo..."🙄 Come on, daddy, grab a pen and actually write down who was in the band for how long and who sang what...
Haha, did you keep a spreadsheet of exactly how many lines Rollins sang?😁 😁
******** Ever seen the movie "Amelia"??? It's about this girl who practically ruins her own life trying to be a Good Samaritan... mostly because she can't bring herself to admit—to anyone, including herself—that she actually needs the love and attention she never got growing up. Just another side of the coin, I guess...
*********** *********** *********** (btw... sometimes I wonder... are "male" and "female" concepts of love just fundamentally different...? (doesn't matter, offtopic)😉 [/B]
I just put that up to see if anyone was actually interested, but looks like there is. I'll go scout out some guys and get them together. Either way, you should probably hear what they sound like before the show rolls around...
As for me, I'm just gonna spin some Mercury Rev and Tides of the Moon... basically Leonard Cohen for the laid-back crowd 🙂
>no honey is dangerous because it causes cavities...
..that's like saying "cats are dangerous because they cause colds." wind is dangerous because it causes colds. the ocean is dangerous because you might drown. honestly, any food can cause cavities if you don't brush your teeth! you're seriously out of your mind.
Sugar—glucose, or fructose being better because you’re getting it through honey (which has actual medicinal value), fruit, or veggies, or just absorbing it straight into the bloodstream.
It would be totally irrational to cut out honey just because it contains sugar. Everything has its place in what the body needs... it's really just a matter of the right form and the right amount.
Look, that’s the extent of what sugar can do. But we already agreed—let's not start a panic. Just offer some alternatives instead. Sugar, like anything else, becomes an issue if you overdo it... but if you stay within reason, keep active, and eat a balanced diet, it's really not a big deal. The whole thing exists mainly because that guy wants to suggest something for his kid, but honestly, it's unnecessary if you just stick to a normal, healthy lifestyle.
Look, you're on your own when it comes to the chemistry... I gave you verified info, not some random stuff scraped from a website, and I told you my source. If that's not enough for you, feel free to go find it yourself. I'm not going to spend my afternoon explaining chemical reactions four different times. You can always head over to a medical school if you really need an answer.
dustycanyon6 said:Oh man, shadowgardener12... you shouldn't have said that. Casey Palmer5 is gonna come for you now! 😁 Sucrose is just glucose plus fructose. A little more detail on the sugars...
Another smart guy showing up. Exactly—sucrose has to break down into glucose first. That's where the process actually starts, not at the glucose stage like Casey Palmer5 claimed. You clearly don't follow the science, yet here you are talking...
Why would I even bother writing that out!? I’ve got my sources in the medical community, and honestly, I don't need to break down the complex chemistry... it's pretty straightforward. Even a high schooler could grasp the basics of how and why this works.
If you’re still struggling to wrap your head around it, feel free to do your own research. If it's a bit too dense for you, maybe let someone else do the heavy lifting instead! 🙄
