This is awful... it comes in waves... feels like I'm in labor or something... right in the area just to the left of my bladder... these intense waves of pain...
Should I head to the ER right now or just try to hold out until morning?
Could this be a kidney stone?
I keep losing my grip—any advice? in Health ·
Man, what kind of nonsense is this? Glucosamine and Arnold Schwarzenegger? 😲
Arnold Schwarzenegger is in the Yucatan, that other supplement used for the same thing... it's not in the glucosamine.
Drinking coffee on an empty stomach? in Health ·
Same here... haven't run into any issues yet.
Though I can't get my mom to stop repeating that one line:
'Every cup of coffee takes a little bit out of your bones.'
I don't know... ever since I watched that one British movie about this topic, plus some stuff I saw back when I was a kid regarding cloning, I've been strictly against those donor cards. In this day and age, just about any lunatic can commit a murder. There are way too many people out there getting filthy rich by exploiting this kind of thing. 😢
Swelling under the ear in Health ·
Dammit...

I’ve got this too, though it's not under my breasts—it’s more on the front part of my chest, on the left side. Every once in a while, these little lumps pop up that feel like cherry pits, and they actually hurt. Then, after a few days, they just vanish. It happened about seven or eight months ago, and now it's happening again. I always tell myself that if it were actually a tumor, it wouldn't be painful. 😕
Are Indians lazy? in World ·
I haven't actually worked with anyone from India directly... just folks born in the United Kingdom..
Honestly, my experience has been incredibly positive. These people are absolute hustlers—you can't catch them sitting still, they're always hungry to get things done and move forward. They’re sharp, fast, and just efficient. It's like their brains were practically hardwired for tech..
I’d hire people like this in a heartbeat if I could actually afford them..😉

The ones I dealt with straight from India? I think they struggle with the language barrier way more than Eastern Europeans do. If you want someone with that level of educational and functional strength, Russians are the ones to look at.
Walter Myers4 said:No, they're breathable since they have that cotton part on the important bits.
The ONLY real issue is that you gained some weight, so those panties probably fit like crap now. 😁

They aren't... they fit me just fine.😉 Besides, baggy styles are coming back into fashion... even Merlinka used to be my size. 😁
And that thing about essential oils is actually pretty interesting...
I don’t know what’s gotten into me lately, but I’ve been going absolutely crazy for lace underwear. It’s weird because I’ve spent my entire life being a strictly cotton kind of girl.

I just really hope I don't end up breaking the bank over this obsession. 🙂

@ Jerry Moore2, there's no such thing as "dezić" in an intimate shampoo line.

Look, I get it... what I was actually trying to say is that from that exact same brand (they have the same name), they make an intimate wash, an intimate deodorant, and even wipes.
Edward Green said:Perfectly suspicious.

You can stay suspicious until sunrise if you want, but honestly? In England, they don't really let much foreign stuff in. They mostly just push their own brands. I mean, things are starting to shift a tiny bit lately, but for the most part, nope. Take baby diaper cream, for instance—there's basically just one main brand everyone uses. It's the same with tons of other stuff. Like, here in the States, you go to the store and see products from everywhere—Italian, German, British, Turkish, you name it. But over in England? It’s almost exclusively British stuff on the shelves.
I saw this stuff at Walmart, but it’s not the standard Enemon—it’s called Diemon instead. Someone told me they're basically the exact same thing... does anyone actually know if there's a real difference here?
Looks like you can only find it over in Austria 😢
I actually dropped some weight a long time ago—maybe 12 years back—using Ozempic. It was fast, it worked, and the weight didn't just crawl right back on...
It’s basically the only natural product out there like this... you know, the kind with that thick, paste-like consistency. Such a shame it's unavailable. As far as I can remember, those fibers are what really keep you feeling full...
I’ve hit up pretty much every CVS Pharmacy in town, and they all tell me the same thing—it’s totally off the shelves now.
It’s such a massive letdown. Even the pharmacists I talked to were nodding along, agreeing that the stuff was actually top-tier.

Since I don't speak Austrian, searching online is basically a dead end for me. No luck there.

Basically, Enemon was this dietary supplement made from things like bran and flaxseed. It came in boxes with ten little packets, and the texture was kind of like chocolate cereal powder. You’d just mix it with water and maybe a splash of milk. They even had a specific version designed for diabetics.

Seriously, if anyone out there has any leads on where to find it...🙏 🙏
Running a fever? in Health ·
I'm dealing with this fever right now too... it's honestly brutal. You just feel completely drained, irritable, and you can't stop nodding off. I finally went in for blood work, and they put me on antibiotics—just one a day, specifically targeted for sinus and bronchial issues. My doctors told me it’s definitely a lung infection, too. It's weird though, because even though I had my tonsils out a lifetime ago, I'm still getting hit with these exact same fevers.
What are your thoughts on Natasha Kampusch? in Psychology ·
Right now, she’s walking around feeling like she just won the damn championship... after some brutal fight... that's why she's acting so incredibly full of herself.

Facts. My hair always turns this ridiculous shade of orange..
Dealing with bad cramps? in Women's Health ·
I’m dying here... I can't even describe this tearing sensation in my gut... the pain is unbearable... honestly, it makes me want to just tear everything apart.🙂 🙂
There's no way I can get through a single sentence without snapping... I have zero patience left for anything. 😠
It hurts.. it hurts.. it hurts. 🙂
Walter Myers4 said:Sure, whatever. But the real question is whether emotional instability actually correlates with IQ levels.😍

It's not about being emotional. It's about mental stability.
Walter Myers4 said:Maybe. But it's not like they lack social skills just because they're smart. It’s more like some kind of disorder or something, right?😉

I'm going to have to disagree with you there.
They’re just antisocial. Honestly. It’s because they’re bored, or maybe they just find talking to people around them totally uninspiring. They don't see any point in it. Like, what's the payoff? There’s nothing left for them to learn from regular human interaction. Total waste of time.
Look, we’re not talking about some kind of disorder here. It’s not a diagnosis. It’s just a matter of having a specific area of interest—or maybe just failing to fit into the standard, cookie-cutter daily grind.
Here’s a perfect example from everyday life:

Imagine a company hires this absolute powerhouse of an employee. But the "company" knows right off the bat they're dealing with a total outlier—someone who basically breathes, eats, and sleeps their work. This person can deliver flawless results and optimize business processes worth billions of dollars, but only if they aren't micromanaged with strict hours. They need that flexible schedule... that total freedom to just execute.

Everything is great while this person is being challenged, crushing it, and delivering insane results. The owners are raking it in, and the individual is happy because they actually have room to climb their own invisible ladder.

But then comes the inevitable. That moment when the person gets bored, hits the ceiling, and realizes there's nowhere left to go. No more intellectual hurdles, no more mysteries—they know the job inside and out, like the back of their hand.

Logically, this person should jump into a whole new world, something they haven't explored yet... somewhere they can start climbing again and put that "mind" to a fresh set of challenges.

In the real world, though? It rarely works that way. Instead, you get some middle-manager type who acts like a damn robot. They don't get that society isn't advanced by cookie-cutter drones, but by geniuses. So, this little manager tries to lecture our person, telling them they aren't special after all, demanding they stick to a rigid 9-to-5 grind and follow every single corporate rule blindly.

Heh, and that’s where the wheels fall off. People like that can't handle routine. Routine is a slow death for creativity. And honestly, since the dawn of time, geniuses have been at war with societal rules.😁
If this specific person doesn't get out of that environment, they're going to feel like they're rotting in prison. For people like this, "playing by the rules" is harder than scaling the Himalayas.

On the flip side, geniuses usually suck at navigating social politics. Because of that, the situation described above can end in a total disaster for the genius.😢
