The_End said:I watch Sandra and I can't help but wonder if she's hit her ceiling in the discus. The reality is she's been hovering around that 67 or 68 mark for a few years now. She might flash a quick 69 or even 70 once in a blue moon, but those meets are rare. The more I follow her, the more I think she’s reached her limit. Three or four years ago, she was talking about throwing over 71 or 72 meters—but she isn't even close to that anymore. If anything, she seems stuck right at that 67–68 range and just won't budge. The competition is moving forward, while she's just standing still.

The woman has dominated and crushed it for years, yet after a couple of "off" meets, you immediately get all that classic American trash-talking starting up.

Exactly. It’s precisely because that was their first real scene together, even though they'd actually crossed paths in a movie before 🙏
Nah. You’d probably have to start a whole new thread with its own poll, then hunt down one of the local mods to see if they can merge those two topics together for you.

Look, could you maybe walk me through it? (Feel free to shoot me a DM if that's easier), or even just drop a link somewhere that breaks it all down. I’ve got a mountain of unanswered questions floating around my head—I started watching this way after everyone else had already finished it. 😁
Anthony Jackson2 said:What are you even talking about? Todorić's nephew is sitting stone-cold in his ministerial seat while the whole country deals with the fallout from the mess his uncle made at Walmart—draining cash from profitable branches and shifting all the debt onto everyone else—yet here you are, obsessing over Maras and Bernardić. 🤣 Sure, they’re definitely incompetent, but you can't ignore how a weakened Plenković is fighting tooth and nail just to shield Marić, effectively insulating him from any accountability for their handiwork.
Maras is a non-issue. 🤦
How can you call him a nephew? Either it's his son, or a half-brother.
Can we please stop commenting on matches that have already wrapped up in the analysis threads? Also, let’s quit dropping links without actually explaining what they are or why they matter.
If you've got general chatter or random stuff like that, just head over to the General Discussion topic...
United Arab Emirates On Rez.com, they have Al Jazira vs. Al Wahda listed with odds at 1-2.50 and 2-2.30. My screenshots (from earlier) showed Al Wahda vs. Al Jazira at 2.50(2.55) - 2.30(2.30).
Maybe since it's being played at a neutral site, the home/away order doesn't matter—it just looks like the odds got swapped. I don't feel like messing around too much with the math, but the spread looks solid... definitely an over.
Edit: Okay, the screenshot and my previous note were wrong—they actually updated the odds. Previous: 2.35-2.60 Current SS: 2.40-2.50
At first glance, it doesn't seem like a huge deal—just another tournament win—but there’s a bit of a local connection here: their head coach is actually my friend, Jacob Krivic, that man from Osijek. 👍
