Honestly, just grab some valerian root capsules and save yourself the headache. It’s much easier for me.
My results say:
"The received material consists of four small tissue fragments, approximately 2mm in diameter, representing histological sections of gastric mucosa covered by cylindrical epithelium. Within the lamina propria near the glands, which partially show reactive changes, there is moderate infiltration of mononuclear cells.
Giemsa staining did not detect Helicobacter pylori colonization in this sample."
I get that the H. pylori isn't there, but what about that first part? Can anyone help me make sense of this?
Thanks!
Dealing with bad cramps? in Women's Health ·
Before giving birth, I used to have this exact same monthly ritual during those first couple of days... Cramping and pain so intense it would practically knock me unconscious. Honestly, the only thing that ever truly made me forget my period had even started was Naprosyn tablets. Apparently, they aren't manufactured anymore, but if you look at the fine print on the Nalgesin packaging, they still mention them, so you might be able to find some at a local pharmacy in town. A retired nurse once told me that back in the day, Naprosyn was commonly prescribed after childbirth because it’s just incredibly effective for those specific muscle contractions—I can't remember the exact medical reason, though.
Now, whenever I feel these pains, it feels more like it's triggered by stress; the mind is a strange thing, I guess. These days, Nalgesin Forte or Advil are really the only things that make life manageable for me.

You still haven't sorted that out!?!? Man, you could've been posting here right now about how everything went down and how you feel like a brand new person again!

Expensive, banned, or dangerous... you decide.
It was a nightmare for me... and I only went through one box.

Have you ever tried Reductil? I haven't really heard of the ones you're taking before... I think I'll do a little digging online and see what I can find out.

Just a quick tip—always make sure to grind your flaxseeds fresh right before you eat them. If they sit around too long, they lose most of those healthy benefits

Maybe you could check with Ashton and Demi—they seem to be pushing that whole vibe on their Twitter feeds lately... Is this just another retro trend coming back around?
Just drink plenty of water and things should settle down

Help!! My 9-year-old is getting bitten every single day, and nothing seems to work—we’ve tried bug sprays, liquid repellents, and even tablets all over the house. He’s swelling up so badly that his whole face looks distorted. We actually had to take him to the ER, where they gave him Dexamethasone and everything, but it's already happening again on the second day. Has anyone else dealt with such intense allergic reactions to bites?
I was browsing online and saw she has quite a few books out there... Maybe someone kind enough could share a link to one? I know a couple of them have been released here in the States too.😁
Does anyone know if this book is available anywhere around here?
Pick up one of those sinus rinse kits from the pharmacy—the little spout things. You’ve just gotta be really persistent with it. I'd also suggest starting with some Orazone ear drops and making sure you apply them exactly right. For me, doing a 10 to 15-day course usually does the trick.
Super dry hands and palms - any advice? in Health ·
I usually slather them in Dr. Scholl’s heel cream at night—the kind that actually works in about a week—and during the day, I just use that little tin of Hansaplast cream from CVS, which runs about $8.00. Once things settle down, I switch to just using Vaseline or some heavy-duty salve at bedtime. You really have to be diligent about applying it, though. Oh, and whatever you do, don't head out without gloves, preferably leather ones with a soft lining!
Give that a shot. Good luck!
How to stop biting my nails? in Health ·
The only time I actually managed to stay away from them was when I had gel nails... but then one day, I just ended up biting right through the gel itself! 😲

Now, I "only" bite them... plus, I finally quit smoking... so now I'm just facing the final bills.

Nothing has ever really worked for me. After a few days, those super bitter nail polishes just stop working—it's like they become tasteless. And honestly, trying to fix the actual habit? That's all happening deep in my head, and I just can't seem to reach it.🙄

No way, I am absolutely loving this idea!!!!!!!
Hey, look, everyone’s entitled to their own take, including you—and honestly, so am I!
Trust me on this one, it’s got nothing to do with abstinence. If anything, it’s the opposite—no sex, no clear skin.
Anyway, thanks for the post. It actually gave me a good laugh, totally in good spirits.

How much more is shipping going to run you? Plus, are we looking at extra customs fees and sales tax on top of that?

stormymaker24 said:Carol Price79, what kind of massage are you talking about?

The "chair massage" is basically a mix of different styles—acupressure, some sort of Reiki vibe, I don't even know. Honestly, I'm all about it. You sit in this weirdly shaped chair where you're leaned forward instead of lying on your stomach (which is a total nightmare for me), and they work on your back, neck, arms, and head. It feels incredible. I actually did mine at a Bath & Body Works, and you book it right through them.👍
