So my doctor gave me the green light to start some light jogging after two weeks. 🤷

So, about three weeks ago, I went and twisted my ankle, and my first thought was, "Yep, this is definitely broken." For two days, I couldn't even put any weight on it, so I headed straight to the clinic for an X-ray, but nope—nothing broken. The doctor basically told me it was just a nasty sprain on my right ankle. Fast forward three weeks later, and that spot just above the ankle bone is still pretty swollen. I’ve been following the doc's orders—keeping it elevated and doing some light jogging, obviously—but it still hurts, especially when evening rolls around.
Does anyone know of any specific exercises or maybe some creams or ointments that could help speed up the healing process?? And honestly, how long does it usually take to get over something like this? Thanks 😉

Between people from the islands and those Highlanders, man, I just can't wrap my head around it. One time I was stuck in a hospital room with this Braćanin guy who wouldn't shut up for even a second—I couldn't understand a single word he was saying. Honestly, I had more luck communicating with a Czech dude. 😁
