I always end up making a mess with my towel... it’s pretty much inevitable at this point. ..but honestly, that idea about using a tampon is actually pretty smart. I don't usually go that route, but it definitely sounds worth a shot.
😂 Man, this weather is brutal... For me, it feels like my period drags on for seven days straight.. ..not to mention I’m hitting the local pub every single night and my hair reaches halfway down my back..
I don't think my friends would be too thrilled about that situation, you know?🙄

Yeah, you can. Just look for some B-complex vitamins. I think they go for about ten bucks or so...

Honestly, you're the only one being ridiculous here. It seems like your own perspective is so narrow that you can't even begin to consider an opposing view. It's pretty clear who isn't looking at the big picture here...
Honestly, ever since I dealt with that nasty little bug last week, I feel like all I’ve done is eat, eat, and eat... I don't smoke when I'm hanging out at home, so maybe that's why I was snacking so much—plus, I was just bored, I guess. My main issue is that whenever I'm home and hungry, I can't be bothered to whip up something fancy every single time. So today, I actually took the time to make a really delicious tomato sauce and tucked it away in the fridge. That way, I can just boil some pasta and have a great meal ready to go whenever I want.😁 I'm also planning to pick up a food scale... and I'm going to try to quit smoking, or at least cut back significantly.
feralmason81 said:I'm struggling with the exact same thing... food intake isn't the issue at all. Honestly, my girlfriends always look at me in shock because of how much I can eat without gaining an ounce. I eat pretty much anything, any time of day or night. I've thought about hitting the gym, but I worry it might actually make things look worse—like having muscle on a totally skinny arm, kind of like how Madonna looks lately... it's just not a great look.
We're in the same boat here. I feel like a bottomless pit too; nothing ever seems to stick. I've also been considering getting into fitness... I think it could actually be a really good move. Think about it: Madonna lost weight and then toned up, but if we were to gain some muscle while toning, it would look completely different. ..you go to the gym... you work out, build up some muscle mass, and then grab a slice of pizza afterward to help fill out that new shape... right?😁

Yeah, sounds great... just four minutes of pure bliss without any pain, right?😁
Jokes aside, I used to deal with cramps so intense that I'd end up curled up in these awful positions on my bed, just staring at a single spot on the wall, terrified to even take a breath because of the pain. Eventually, I started taking Yaz to manage my PCOS, and honestly, I barely even noticed when my period arrived anymore.
Morgan Johnson4 said:Hey guys, unfortunately, it's true. I'm only 19 and I really can't handle having a baby right now... I'm hoping this will work out, but so far, I haven't noticed any symptoms.
For now... but please, get ready, because what you've done is no small matter. You need to go see a gynecologist ASAP (like, today). Don't let embarrassment stop you from being honest about what happened, because right now, a doctor is the only one who can actually help you. If you feel like you can't do this alone, lean on someone close to you—your mom, a sister, or a best friend who can go with you. It’ll make things much easier. I really hope that after reading all these posts, you realize the weight of your decision and the potential consequences. I truly hope everything works out for you. And just remember: "Google is your friend." Since you have access to the internet anyway, please use it to educate yourself.
Man, reading this is making me hungry... I think I’ve officially become addicted to spicy food. I absolutely love it when a pizza is loaded with jalapeños...😁 Or when you get that sudden hit of heat right in your face... And honestly? I’ve never really had any issues... afterward.😉
Sandra Parker82 said:I just finished the spiciest pizza I’ve ever had, which is saying something because I don't usually go for heat. Could this actually be bad news? My stomach is absolutely killing me right now. 😢
I eat spicy food pretty regularly—always order my pizza with extra heat—but honestly, I’ve never had my stomach act up like that before.😕 Maybe grab some Tums or something similar if it gets worse... but I have a feeling you aren't going to escape that burning sensation once that pizza starts making its way out.🙄

I’ll lay down at 3 AM and just toss and turn until 5. My mom mentioned she’s having trouble sleeping too. Lately, I’ve been heading to bed around 2 or 3, but I just can't drift off, and then I end up waking up around noon or 1 PM. It’s not like I’m dealing with any major stress or anything; I just simply can't fall asleep.🤷
Does anyone have any advice? I thought about taking some Dramamine—it usually makes me drowsy since it helps with nausea—but I couldn't find any at the local drugstore.
I'm actually going through the EXACT same thing... except mine has been dragging on for a few months now. It all started right when I began prepping for my finals. Honestly, I think the main culprits in my case are stress and probably not getting enough physical activity.
Does anyone know how the process works for booking an appointment with an endocrinologist? I’ve been looking online, and the waiting lists look absolutely brutal... I'm seeing places where you have to wait six months or even longer just to get seen.😲 I don't usually deal with doctors or hospitals much, so I'm honestly a bit lost here. Is it really necessary to wait that long, even just for a consultation? I was actually planning on going on my own initiative, before this gynecologist of mine even sends me there. If anyone knows more about this than I do, I’d really appreciate the help.
I actually had an appointment with this OB-GYN recently, and honestly, I walked out feeling like I hadn't understood a single word she said... It was one of those situations where I practically had to interrogate her just to figure out what my actual diagnosis was. She seemed so eager to just get me out the door. I didn't even realize what was going on until I got home and looked at the paperwork. It turns out I have PCOS. She told me I needed to start birth control to get my period back on track, but since those pills really didn't sit well with me, I stopped taking them—and my cycle has actually returned to normal. But now... Does PCOS stay with you for life? And will I be able to get pregnant down the road? I honestly have no clue. If it’s a lifelong thing and she just glossed over that part during our visit, I’m going to be pretty upset with her... Does anyone else here deal with PCOS? I'd love to hear about your experiences.
