Gregory Turner71 said:I’m telling you, I should probably just go buy a lottery ticket... clearly, my luck favors the long shots... And honestly, if I had three bad knees acting up right now, nobody would even blink—but apparently, having skin issues is where everyone draws the line! 🙄

And that is precisely the headache with psoriasis. It seems to pop up in every fourth person you meet—seriously.
We actually managed to dig through some old family history only to find out some great-grandmother "had a little something going on with her skin." 😠 Ugh, I absolutely loathe that attitude! I’d much rather take a photo of my condition and deal with it than live in total ignorance just because some old-fashioned relative thinks being sick is something to be ashamed of and hides it away. 🙄 Honestly, forget that outdated mindset.

After all, that is exactly why this whole Forum is dedicated to "Health" (rather than focusing solely on illnesses), isn't it? 😕 😁

And yet, you just keep dodging the question about what you actually do for a living and exactly WHAT it is you're trying to sell.

Actually, my dad passed away—since you decided to bring him up—but seriously, I'm flagging this for spamming. You can't just come in here and push blatant advertisements like that. It's against the rules.🙂

Seriously, where are the moderators hiding? Can someone please just get this preacher out of here!

🙄 Come on, driftinggull13, with all that supposed expertise of yours...🙄 You’re really winning over those "Mili" readers, aren't you? 😁

Do they have any "cryptograms" in there? Those are my absolute favorite!

Just as a little heads-up—"scientific journals" translates to "scientific journals," even if it has nothing to do with Milo or the cosmos. Much like how you seem to have nothing to do with the brain, apparently. But hey, keep on spamming! I'm sure that helps people struggling with Bulimia immensely.

On a different note, I can only sigh when it comes to the Little Red Riding Hood story. I’m incredibly critical of myself and my appearance—I used to carry about 45 pounds of extra weight (which I eventually lost), but I was never actually ill. Listen, girl, next time you feel that hunger pang, try to realize that food travels through your bloodstream to nourish every single part of you. Food is what allows you to lift your hand to write a post, to open your eyes, to let a smile spread across your face. I know that sounds a bit pathetic, but you really have to shift your mindset regarding yourself and food. That way, you won't feel the need to overdo it.

mistybear4 said:even though you’ve got the fancy degrees and all that higher education—and look, I recognize you're clearly an educated person—it seems to me you completely missed the point of what I was asking Hannah Davis18 (who, by the way, totally nailed it). Honestly, throwing those diplomas around doesn't really impress me enough to change how I perceive you, despite your efforts to use them as leverage... 🙂
I have immense respect for anyone who actually thinks for themselves! In this day and age, if you truly want to learn something, all you really need is some genuine willpower, an open mind (and maybe a heart too?), a real thirst for knowledge—not just a collection of titles—a bit of logic, and
a low ego... which it looks like you're still working on... 🙂
I can't quite tell who's out here selling smoke—is it the one sticking to the facts, or the one peddling "opinions"? .. 🙂

🤣
You can take your opinions about me and my education and shove them—seriously, just forget about it.
And you still haven't told us what you're actually selling, 😉 besides a whole lot of nothing.

Besides, I'm a woman."

My apologies for the gender assumption there—😁—and honestly, degrees don't really impress me (not even my own!) if we're being real. If you're interested, I could introduce you to plenty of highly educated folks with advanced degrees who thought they’d "reinvent the wheel" by discovering cellular nutrition... only to completely change their tune once they were faced with actual, hard facts.. 🙂

And what exactly do you think we study in my major, or what do biologists actually do all day? 😕
Anyway, let's cut to the chase—just tell me straight what you're selling, and we can move on.

Listen, this is coming from someone who holds a degree from a top-tier Food Science and Biotechnology program—plus a PhD in biology, no less! I am certainly not about to fall for those cheap marketing gimmicks.
And besides—I'm a woman.

mistybear4 said:That’s all well and good—now, why don't you tell me exactly how much calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, iodine, potassium, copper, selenium, manganese, and vitamins A, B, C, E, D... you know, the whole list... is actually in this food you're making (give it to me in percentages or milligrams)?

😁 😁 😁

Come on now—why don't you just read us the nutritional breakdown straight from the label of your little turbo-super-mega supplement bottle? 🙄 Do you honestly think none of us here have dealt with those shady "snake oil" salesmen before?

mistybear4 said:It feels a bit unrefined to just say "you're talking nonsense," so I won't go that route... 😁

Both my sister and I deal with psoriasis—mine popped up on my elbow just last year. It’s pretty mild, comes and goes, so I consider myself quite lucky since it's barely noticeable. My doctor mentioned that about 10% of the American population deals with psoriasis.
My sister, however, suffers from the most severe form imaginable—she's been battling it for nearly 30 years now. There are occasional windows where she improves; for instance, last summer she didn't have to apply any ointment for three whole weeks! Otherwise, she uses 40% Beloderm in a white base EVERY SINGLE DAY. Every night, she has to coat her entire body (using Belosalic for her hair) and sleep while covered in it. Then, in the morning, she has to wake up an hour early just to shower and wash her hair out. It's actually quite convenient during the winter, you know? On top of all that, she's had psoriatic arthritis for a few years, so even turning her neck is a struggle. And because of the chemotherapy, her bones are as fragile as glass—literally! Her doctor warned her she can't risk breaking anything, because there's simply no chance of the bone healing.
So, there you have it—those are the kinds of "nonsense" topics I'm referring to.
Oh, and I neglected to mention that they "overcooked" her with a UV lamp at the salad twice, which left her bedridden with blisters for days afterward...
What an absolute ignoramus.

MacGregor said:believe me, if you actually have the answers, then everything is easy... 😁 😁 😁

Psoriasis is an incurable condition—there’s just no getting around that fact. So, really, if you consider yourself lucky, you're dealing with a milder version. But if luck isn't on your side? Well, even cytostatic drugs won't be able to touch it.
Do you drink tap water? in Health ·
Back when I was traveling through Europe—specifically visiting places like Germany—I used to drink straight from the tap without a second thought because the water tasted perfectly fine. But now? Now I’m stuck buying bottled water constantly because the stuff coming out of my faucet here in the States is just absolutely revolting. 🙄

Noah Harris50 said:It’s pretty strange then, considering they perform this at hospitals—it almost makes you wonder if they even know what they're doing.

Well, look, people get plastic surgery in hospitals all the time, too—but that doesn't exactly mean those procedures are a necessity...

Noah Harris50 said:.. that the body is flushing out all sorts of toxins.

But let's be real here—the body is CONSTANTLY purging toxins! I mean, that’s literally why we have things like the liver and kidneys, among other vital organs, to handle the dirty work.
Are you a morning person or not? in Health ·
I’m feeling pretty cranky today. I’ll probably just brew some tea and mumble to myself for a good half hour until my brain actually decides to wake up.
Every once in a while, I get one of those rare bursts of genuine good energy—you know the type—where I’ll dive straight into a workout, but let’s be honest, that happens about as often as a solar eclipse. 😁 On the flip side, though, I am absolutely in my element late at night. I can power through work until three in the morning without even breaking a sweat.
My mom actually had her skin tumor removed by him—and honestly, she couldn't be happier with the results!

Honestly, I have no idea how some people manage to maintain perfectly normal blood work. I truly don't get it—and frankly, I’m a little jealous!

As for me, my blood counts actually improved once I cut out meat entirely. I know, I know—it sounds completely counterintuitive! But I started eating way more vegetables than I used to, especially all those leafy greens.
