Mem, 🙂 if you really feel like you need to take that step, then good luck with everything ahead of you and all your little adventures. Hope you find some actual fulfillment out there in the real world.
If you actually have a job, a family, and aren't just sitting around in total isolation—it’s tough... Especially in this "new normal" we're stuck in. ☕
The only way to dial it back is when life finally gives you a break. Otherwise, you need to actually *do* something tangible—go dig up the garden or whatever. If you don't have the space for a full yard, just get a finicky plant that requires constant attention. 😁

Congrats to Smurf for now 🎉 I'm not betting on anything, just playing catch up.. 😁
Boo—she’s been gone for a long time now, and things have felt pretty dark without her. She was such a great presence on these boards. Let's just hope they're being kind to her wherever she is.
Jane tries teaching Tarzan how things work around here. She explains he’s got this little "rag" that needs to go in her washing machine. But Tarzan doesn't get the concept of moderation, so Jane has to step in and tell him he can't just toss the rag in the wash every single day, or the color is going to fade right out of it. Tarzan takes the news pretty hard and won't touch Jane for weeks. Finally, she asks him what's going on—why hasn't he gone near her in ages? Tarzan just gives her this satisfied grin and says, "Tarzan learned how to wash by hand!"
So, I'm walking down the street and run into this woman—probably a neighbor—out walking her pet. I go to say hi, but the thing she's walking looks absolutely bizarre, like some weird hybrid between a mongoose and a porcupine. I ask her what kind of creature it is, and she gives me some long, exotic-sounding name. Then I notice the thing is staring intently at my bag, sniffing away. I make a comment about how it probably smells the steak I just bought, but she shoots me down immediately, saying it’s not a carnivore—it only eats pears and eggshells.

And honestly, what else would you expect from a twin? Her music is basically her autobiography—a lifestyle always tied to nature and spiritual vibes. Here are a few deep cuts...:
'All the Beautiful Worlds'
'smiliti AT you' - "Angry demo" (this is how Stevie Nicks sounds when she's actually pissed off 😈)
...and my personal favorite: 😍 "Beauty and the Beast"
Btw... she definitely looks better with the curly hair.

The word 'fraud' really jumps out at me in this whole article. How is having a different residential address somehow a bigger scam than people collecting welfare checks while sitting on a mountain of wealth? 🙄
They actually called the luxury tax "unjustified". Look, most regular folks aren't exactly out here buying gold furniture or diamond watches; if we have extra cash, we're putting it into real estate—using money we've already been taxed on! All I can say is "Unfortunately, we own a house, and we wanted to pass it down to our kids, but apparently, it was just waiting to be snatched by the government’s coffers..." If this isn't a direct hit on the middle class, I don't know what is. 👎
Ever since FedEx started messing up, our local USPS branch has sent our mail to the wrong address three times—once to a neighbor and once to an entirely different township. 🙄 I’m sure more of our stuff has ended up lost in the void somewhere, but these three specific instances were when people actually called us to say they got our mail by mistake. On top of that, we’ve received someone else's mail twice ourselves. ☕
