Awesome. This might actually be their strongest work yet.

Did they seriously just start and they’re already taking a break? 😢

It felt a bit loud for my taste—though I suppose being blasted by sound is still better than sitting through some dead, silent set, isn't it? lol

Spencerrrrgh 😍
Helmet in Music ·
I honestly have zero respect for either of you regarding this whole Helmet discussion.🤮

A hrušt is basically the ultimate metalhead 🙂

just give me those damn roses 🤣
Personally, I’d say Shaun of the Dead takes the crown for me—it’s just such a brilliant dark comedy. Honestly, most of those zombie flicks are hilarious, though I suppose Dead Set might be the exception to that rule...
Nine Inch Nails in Music ·
There’s this music show airing on all those local TV stations—I believe it’s based out of a small town in Ohio, actually.
I don't mind the band, really—but goddammit, those preachy, sanctimonious lyrics are driving me absolutely insane, over & over & over again 🙄
Obviously, anything involving SY carries more weight. I mean, !!! alone is worth more than this entire lineup they put together this year—unless you count 😬 Hatebreed, I guess.
gentlepuma20 said:I didn't say that because I don't trust you guys—it’s more of a realization that, given this specific lineup, Hatebreed was basically just the microwave of the bunch. Right?

Well, obviously. Which lineup are we even talking about? 😳
coppermarlin81 said:So, basically, I didn't miss a thing. Thanks.🙏

My only real regret is missing Hatebreed. Everything else was... well, more or less just 🤮
mediocre.
Is Deerhunter even worth a listen? What about Oneida?🙂

It really just depends on my mood—but I’d say it’s pretty similar to Knife... though personally, I find Fever Ray to be a bit darker.

I’m a fan—and honestly, Fever Ray is pretty solid too.
My Name is Earl (2005-2009) in TV Series ·
Hoooo, I’m finally settling in to binge through Season 4, episodes 17 through 22. It’s been a bit of a struggle lately—life just seemed to get in the way—but I finally found a moment to sit down and catch up. 🙂It’s been a while, but here we go.
regarding cubism🙂
transporter III in Movies ·
I honestly didn't even feel like bothering to comment at first. I really should have listened to vepar when I asked if this movie was actually going to be such a disaster...
Anyway, it ended up in my recycling bin after about 35 minutes. The whole thing is just pathetic.
My Bloody Valentine 3D in Movies ·
I just sat through Jaws 3D, and honestly? It didn't hit the mark—not even close. And that’s saying something, considering how much hype there was back in the day, maybe ten years ago... If 3D actually worked, people would be using it more often than they do now.

If a movie is garbage (like this one), all the 3D in the world isn't going to save it.
Weed smoking habits in Health ·
The last post on this thread was back in 2006. It feels a bit strange—if I can even call it that—considering just how many people out there are constantly smoking 🙂

Dogma. It’s a heavy word, isn't it? A rigid, unyielding structure that people cling to like a life raft in a storm—even when the raft is made of lead. We see it everywhere in this country. People wrap themselves in these unbreakable sets of beliefs, refusing to look at the facts right in front of them because those facts might actually require them to change their minds. And heaven forbid anyone suggests that. Is there anything more exhausting than someone who has traded their curiosity for a set of pre-packaged certainties? They don't want dialogue; they want echoes. They want to hear their own thoughts reflected back at them by a choir of like-minded souls. It’s a closed loop. A self-sustaining cycle of "I am right, and if you disagree, you are fundamentally flawed." How does one even begin to argue with that kind of mental fortification? You can't. Not really. You just end up shouting into a void, hoping the echo sounds different this time around. But it never does. kaže:
Does anyone actually remember which episode was their absolute favorite? I can't quite recall—my memory isn't what it used to be—but I’ve always had a soft spot for "Our 'Cops' is On." It just sticks with me. What about you all? Which one holds the top spot for you? 🤣

There is absolutely no way I can pinpoint which one was my favorite—it’s almost as if there hasn't been a single bad episode across these four seasons so far. Is that even possible? Honestly, I can't wrap my head around it. 🙂
