Awesome. Just make sure the main drink is that Clorox-treated water. 🙂

Anonymous said:I saw an article in USA Today today listing three pros and cons for Daylight Saving Time.
One of the reasons against it: it causes stress (and) for the critters 😲If I didn't burst out laughing right then🤣🤣

My husband was in New York City yesterday seeing a specialist at one of the hospitals. He’s got this health issue that requires surgery, so he went in for his first consultation. He brought his referral, but then this guy has the nerve to tell him straight to his face that with that referral, he can basically do whatever he wants!!!😲
Look, sure, the guy has a private practice too, but if you're going to his hospital while he's on call, shouldn't they honor the referral?!
And then he actually let my husband know that he'd have to pay for the surgery too!!!!!!!!!!
He hasn't officially asked for the cash yet, but still....
I called other hospitals all over the US, and everyone just points us back to this specific hospital in New York City.
It's driving me crazy!
What's the point of having health insurance and supplemental coverage then!?
What are we supposed to do!? 😢

So, here is the situation... I have been lying in a hospital here in the States for eight days now, dealing with sudden weight gain and massive water retention. I assume they’ve drawn about a liter and a half of blood from me over these last eight days. I managed to put on 30 pounds within a single year without changing my diet at all. Fortunately, I can still manage to burn some of it off...
I just hide my stomach and use some blush to mask the puffiness, and then I can tolerate being around people. But it is taking a toll on my health. I have stretch marks on my abdomen, high blood pressure, breathing issues, exhaustion even with minimal movement, and moments of fainting...
And while I have to wait a month or two for the hormone results, the doctor's diagnosis is simply that I am "healthy overweight."
I truly cannot believe it.😲
Please, I am asking for your help.
I need to get this fluid out of my system. And honestly, I'm exhausted...

Thanks, everyone.

Sarah Reed3 said:So, about a month ago, I got this intense stabbing pain right near my heart, on the left side of my chest. It was brutal—felt like being stabbed with a knife—and lasted about 15 minutes. After that sharp part stopped, I was left with this dull ache in my chest that spread to my back near my shoulder blade. That stinging sensation hung around for about two weeks before moving to the center, just below my neck. That lasted two days and mostly hit me in the morning or whenever I moved around. Now, the pain has migrated to my right side and back by the shoulder blade again. It’s not unbearable, more like that nagging ache you get when you catch a draft or a chill. I actually went to see two different cardiologists because I was terrified it was my heart, but I've had four EKGs and everything looks fine. The doctors listened to my heart and everything sounds perfect. My blood work is clean, my echocardiogram is clear, and my chest X-ray came back normal too... They told me it's just prolonged myalgia. But I really wanted to see if anyone here knows anything about this, because this has been going on for a month now and the pain keeps wandering around my back..... I'm 26 years old...
Thanks in advance

If we're talking quality, I'm mostly looking for solid cardio equipment—weights and machines are always just weights and machines, right? I'm looking specifically in the neighborhoods around the Mission/Castro area (let's throw in some parts of SoMa too). Which one would be the best in that part of town? Please include the street name since I don't know the city all that well.
Thanks

I highly doubt I’m going to find the specific answer I need buried somewhere in a hundred-plus pages of this thread.

I find myself getting incredibly winded whenever I try to do anything physically active.
So now I'm wondering, roughly how long does it take to get back to a more or less normal state if I quit or drastically cut back? I'm not talking about all the other nasty health stuff smoking causes—just the shortness of breath.

Bradley Taylor2 said:So, we’re back to this whole equality debate where women are being dragged through the mud and dismissed as nothing more than glorified incubators... honestly, it’s disgusting how some absolute bottom-feeders can just get together and openly discuss how women are essentially useless, have zero value, and shouldn't even exist... oh, and of course, they think they’re the absolute cream of the crop, the pinnacle of humanity... I truly believe this is blatant gender discrimination, and frankly, the whole topic has spiraled completely out of control. It seems like the moderators only step in to delete posts if someone dares to hold an opinion that differs from their own, while they let this kind of garbage stay up just to satisfy the whims of these bitter, sexually frustrated Neanderthals who probably missed out on enough motherly affection growing up... Beautiful. Just keep going exactly like this. Next, it'll be the LGBTQ+ community, Jews, vegetarians, non-smokers... you'd never guess we were actually living in the 21st century...
