During sex, tiny microscopic tears can form on the mucous membranes, and that’s how the virus slips in. If there isn't a wound, the virus isn't getting in—so things like masturbation are totally fine, unless you're being incredibly rough and actually scrape the skin raw.

That doesn't mean a thing. Be smart and just go see a doctor for a checkup. A lot of these things have phases where they lie low just to flare back up later. I don't want to freak you out—maybe it’s just some basic inflammation—but if there's any chance it's something more serious than that, getting checked out is your best move. Do it for your own peace of mind, and honestly, do it for any girls you date down the road. If you're carrying something, you could easily pass it on to them.

I know a girl who tested positive for HIV because she thought her guy was perfectly healthy, but he was wrong. She didn't even realize it until years after they were together. Now, what you're dealing with might not be an HIV symptom, but it could easily be some other STI. If you're smart, don't play games and wait around. Just go see a doctor for a checkup immediately. It might be nothing at all, maybe just a minor inflammation, but with this kind of stuff, there's a real chance it's something more serious. Sitting at home waiting isn't a smart move.

It'll pass. You just need more time. Klavocin is just there to keep the infection at bay, but your body is what actually does the heavy lifting to get rid of the swelling. Don't sweat the fact that you only have two days of Klavocin left; it's just a tool to help the process along.

She could try turning off every single light in the house and making the room pitch black, then call from a landline. If she’s lucky, she might catch a glimpse of the screen glowing somewhere.

But honestly? I bet the phone is just sitting in a jacket or pants pocket somewhere.
