So, where are you picking up Qlaira, and what kind of pills are we talking about here?
Sarah Castillo74 said:Hey, I’ve been taking Novynette pills and everything seems fine, except my breasts are hurting 😁 I've been on them for 10 days now, so I'm wondering why my breasts ache? I mean, this really doesn't feel normal to me 😁
Same question here—are you on Novynette too?? Any info would be great.😁
I’ve been doing some reading, and it isn't quite right to say the Post Office can't set conditions on how you ship things. If you show up with something poorly packaged, they won't accept it—and trust me, you really don't want to deal with that headache. Boxes need to be wrapped in solid-colored paper and tied up securely with twine; plus, you can't have items rattling around loosely inside the box. Also, if you're sending something via certified mail, you shouldn't be using Scotch tape to seal the envelope. When you're shipping something internationally, you actually have to show the postal clerk exactly what's inside the package. Anyway, those are just a few of the rules I'm aware of.🙂
You can only be certain it’ll arrive at a specific time—whether that's tomorrow or the day after—if you opt for HP express shipping Otherwise, even if you use USPS, they might tell you "it'll probably get there then," but they aren't going to give you any actual guarantees
but they really need to be wider—like, a more relaxed cut—so you can actually get a decent crease in them with an iron. mango probably carries more styles, but you won't find the full lineup here in town.😢
I was over at Target the other day and spotted some that I thought would be perfect—but those were high-waisted 😢 I’m not sure if they’re the exact ones in this photo, but there’s another similar style (not the high-waisted ones) that the clerk told me they didn't have in stock over at the mall location.
Does anyone know where I can find denim jeans that actually look like dress pants? You know—the kind with that sleek, polished finish but still sitting low on the hips?
So, what’s the deal with those push-up bras? Is it just a different cut, or is there actually something going on inside—like extra fabric bunched up or some kind of padding? It feels like a silly thing to ask, but I honestly have no clue.🙈
Here’s me twice A shot from last summer And one from this summer Honestly, I feel like all that grinding in the gym all winter didn't even pay off—it's kind of frustrating
But here's one back shot where I'm actually pretty happy with how things look
Quick question here 😳 If I order something and pay cash on delivery, will the driver actually come to my door to collect the money, or will they just leave a slip behind so I can head down to the UPS store later?
My latest "obsession" 😂 So, my lower back—am I holding myself wrong somehow? It feels like my lower back arches out way too much toward the front, or maybe it's just deep-set or something... the line from my back down to my glutes isn't straight, it's more like what you see in this photo. I tried to mark it a little bit here 🤣 I tried Googling some fitness influencer's profile to compare, but I couldn't really find anything helpful. So, tell me—is it supposed to look like this? Also, please ignore the underwear peeking out from under my leggings 😳
I didn't leave the fillet out to just sit there—honestly, I didn't even throw on a single grain of salt or anything else. I wasn't even heavy-handed with the mustard, either. It was actually perfect 🙂
Man, I really need to try experimenting with sesame—I’m obsessed with it by default, just like Kimberly Wright 🙏 I usually toss it into a beef stew 😳 But once you start liking it (whether it's mixed with sesame or just in egg whites), does it go back into the oil? Like, do you end up using a ton of oil? 🤷
Today I baked some turkey using just a tiny drop of oil and added some water, but I coated it in mustard instead. I never quite understood the whole "mustard coating" thing, but honestly, it was amazing. I didn't even add salt or anything, yet it turned out so juicy and not dry at all 👍
I haven't really done a deep dive into all this yet—I just showed up here first without doing much Googling 🙂 Since I'm sticking to a plant-based diet right now, I'm looking for something to swap in So, if that container from $183 weighs 2260g and I need about 30g per meal, that lasts me roughly 75 days. That's basically two months, which doesn't seem too bad But here's what I'm wondering: can those 30g actually act as a full meal replacement, or am I still going to feel hungry afterward?
thanks, sounds awesome Is there maybe a cheaper option out there? Or just how long does one bottle usually last—it says one spoonful, but I can't really tell how many grams are in a spoonful so I can figure out the math😳
I’m right there with you here😁—I don’t really know much about this stuff either since I haven't read up on it lately, so my question might sound pretty basic . Basically, I’m looking for some protein powder recommendations—maybe casein, whey, or egg protein?—that I could use as a meal replacement. My daily protein intake is pretty low, so I want to find something I can just whip up and drink instead of a full dinner on those days when I'm busy. I definitely want to avoid anything with high carbs, and I won't be using it post-workout; my meals after training are actually fine. I'm just looking for something for my off-days where I'm not trying to bulk up or pack on extra muscle mass . Ideally, I’d love something that’s easy to find at a local grocery store like Target or Walmart, tastes good, and actually feels filling enough to count as a meal🙂. But hey, I'm open to other options too if they work .
So, it’s me again—back to talk about my legs and glutes 😵 . Looking back at these photos, I’ve noticed my right side looks way more developed—like, there's definitely more muscle or maybe just more mass there 😲. Is that actually a thing people deal with? Like, is it even possible for one side to be noticeably different? Anyway, here are some shots... And a few more for good measure
Also, looking at what's sitting outside those white lines, I'd say I'm carrying a bit too much extra weight, and honestly, I feel like my quads are getting way too bulky .
I found a recipe online and gave it a shot today (though I skipped the carrots)—it wasn't bad at all!
1. Sauté some chopped onion and garlic in hot oil, then toss in the rice and toast everything together for about 2 minutes. 2. Drop a Kraft Heinz chicken bouillon cube into boiling water. 3. Pour that cooked chicken broth over the rice, then stir in the peas and carrots. 4. Once you combine the broth, rice, peas, and carrots, the cooking process basically settles down. 5. Dice up some chicken breasts and sear them in olive oil until they reach a nice golden brown. 6. Pour the veggie and rice broth mixture into a baking dish. 7. Spread the cooked chicken over the top and cover it with Aluminum foil. Feel free to add more salt and pepper if you like. 8. Pop the chicken casserole into an oven preheated to 350°F for about 35 minutes.
I actually messed up a bit—I thought I was using too much broth (just one cube per half liter of water), so I only poured in half. By the time it finished baking, the liquid had evaporated, leaving it a little bit dry... plus, I baked it at 400°F instead of 350°F because my oven doesn't run quite as hot as it should.
