I took a look at the recommended thread—specifically the last page—where everyone is obsessing over presidential powers, whether Biden will trigger new elections, what his voter base looks like, Reagan, Clinton, the old Yugoslav era...
Why is it that when we discuss Biden in the main thread, we aren't allowed to mention his stance on the war in Ukraine?
And why, if people are busy speculating about his weight, aren't they being redirected to the Health subforum?
Or if they're debating his sanity, shouldn't they be sent straight to Psychology?
Or is the reality that none of this is actually being deleted?
For instance, if someone were to write, 'is it even possible that IBM is this insane?' Then you'd have to provide specific examples of individuals or groups who align with his direction in a particular instance. The moderators just wipe everything out because, apparently, that’s "off-topic." You Americans really are something else in this regard.
So basically, you aren't allowed to say: look, this guy is just as crazy as Biden because this guy isn't Biden, and therefore it's off-topic.
Benjamin Taylor90 said:Preemptive? What exactly is the issue here? ...
It’s not about being preemptive; he just heard about an MRI and thinks it sounds interesting. He wants to see what kind of scan it actually is. Plus, he's worried they might grill him on why he showed up in the first place. Since he's paying his own way, he feels he has every right to wander into the tunnel without anyone giving him a hard time. That’s the kind of attitude that keeps running into a wall with the women on this forum. It’s pretty much expected, isn't it?
just send him your dirty laundry instead maybe he'll actually slide into your DMs then
Why are you attacking him?🤷 He isn't out here sniffing socks. He explicitly told us he's into "light foot play," which is brand new info. Honey, I see what you're doing—you're just trying to get a rise out of me, defending him so hard that you even hide your own feet in your photos lol.
@Donna White85, the guy actually got banned from another forum, and he let us all know, specifically because he wouldn't stop trolling and picking fights. He's doing the exact same thing here. Honestly, I felt bad for him at first; I thought maybe he was just socially awkward or something, which isn't worth making fun of. But that’s not the issue. He's being calculatedly toxic—reporting people's reactions and then pivoting back to fashion topics like nothing happened...
Nicole Diaz said:.... I feel totally grossed out, like everything disgusting my body can produce is coming out at once. Personally, I find it incredibly hot when I lie on the floor, she leans back in an armchair or sits on a chair, and just lightly teases me with her feet, caressing me like she's trying to find some improvised way to get me inside them.....
And another thing..... how do you even have the nerve to start topics over in the Women's Corner after you've gone around taking screenshots from this forum and posting them elsewhere—including shots of the moderators' private profiles! Then you go crying to everyone there about how impossible the moderators are here.
Trolling is when you just keep dragging out the same drama over and over again on one single topic, basically spamming old posts. And you're doing it in the wrong thread, too. By the way, you actually got a warning for that, not even just a strike.
Have you been following this at all? I actually reached out to you privately back then and asked if you could just dive into it a bit, but nothing.
Honestly, I feel terrible that I didn't dive into the discussion about Thompson's squares sooner. My deepest apologies.
How exactly did you decide those people were right if you’re claiming it isn't even your job to judge the merits of the situation? Where did you get the idea that those thirty people were correct just because there were more of them?
And then you have the nerve to tell me your job is keeping communication polite. It’s pretty obvious that you’re doing more than just talking about the job here—you've clearly formed your own personal opinion on the whole matter and you're throwing it back at me, accusing me of trolling. Honestly, this is getting to be too much.
Folks... all the documents were out there for three days straight, and everything was crystal clear.
Now you’ve got at least three denials on the record. The media was finally forced to print them because they're backed into a corner with nothing left to say. They spent all this time lying and making things up, one after another.
Alright, let's do this. Words can't even describe how much I don't care about Thompson's terrace, the property records, the deed, the neighbors, or the journalists. Because of that, I have zero interest in a court battle over who’s right or wrong.
I let the debate run, even though it was completely off-topic, just to clear out the trash that needed clearing. Meanwhile, you got banned on a totally different subject because you wouldn't stop harping on about Thompson and his terrace. And that’s exactly where I warned you to quit it.
And here we go again. Is this seriously the third or fourth thread where you're bringing up this same question?
Good grief, I am trying to make it clear that this isn't about personal values, it’s about cold, hard facts..
Amanda Hughes37 is over-explaining things so much that you just can't follow her logic.
Essentially, the woman was pointing out a misinterpretation because... well, "a certain figure" refers to square footage.
Forget about what number we're talking about or whose property it actually is for a second; that is completely and utterly irrelevant right now.
Instead, everyone jumped down her throat claiming those weren't squares because blah blah blah.
So she tried explaining once more that "this specific number" represents the square footage, only for them to tell her she needs psychiatric help.
Honestly, Amanda Hughes37 wasn't trolling; it's a miracle they didn't convince her otherwise, given all the talk about lack of education, hacked profiles, psychiatrists, and general idiots.
(And there is still a very real possibility that her assessment of who owns what was actually spot on LOL)
Look, I'm staying out of this from now on, but I can't sit here and watch this nonsense, especially since some people have already seen....
If you had just taken two seconds to look it up, you wouldn't be sending people to a psychiatric ward or calling them stubborn idiots. That’s really all there was to it. It had nothing to do with Nikolin Pišek or Andre Agassi. You clearly weren't paying attention.
I apologize for hijacking this thread, but honestly, they really ought to work on separating topics once it becomes obvious that a discussion has gained momentum and there's genuine interest.
They should have done that with the issue regarding Thompson's roof, and now they're doing it again with the clinic.
Walking through Trac, USA Today, Trac, USA Today... you can't even tell what you're writing anymore; it makes zero sense. It's a shame.
(And I know it isn't just because of Justin Foster45)
I never actually said I was reporting you; I was just pointing out that you're the one who brought it up in the first place. It’s honestly hilarious, and I felt the need to clarify that I didn't snitch on you, LOL—because believe me, there are much worse things to be accused of than that. Anyway, go ahead and enjoy yourself, I'll leave the writing to you...
I haven't bothered reading anything besides those links about cardboard; the rest is just boring. Just so we're clear, I didn't report this post just because you're blushing. Thanks for listening.
Thanks, I just took a quick look and this looks great to me. 👍 It’s definitely more expensive upfront, but honestly, it seems much better value and way more practical in the long run.
Supposedly it comes with enough ink to last for about 3 years, though some places say 2. Does that sound about right? We don't really print that much anyway.
I’ve been using an HP Envy 5525, and honestly, I am completely fed up with throwing money away on ink. I just dropped over $20 on cartridges less than a month ago, and now I’m already staring down the barrel of buying another set. The whole thing is a headache because if even one of those four cartridges acts up, the entire machine refuses to work. All four have to be perfect, and sure enough, one of them always decides to quit right when you need it.
So, I’ve been looking at this HP DeskJet 2720. $127It’s actually on sale right now, and I could even grab it with some financing options.
My needs are pretty basic: printing documents, the occasional essay or text, maybe a photo here and there, plus scanning—basically, I just need something reliable sitting on my desk. This one has Wi-Fi too, which is a plus.
Does it make sense to just pull the trigger? It feels smarter to invest in a new unit—especially since this one only uses black and color cartridges—rather than wasting another hundred bucks today, only to be hit with another hundred soon after. What’s the point in continuing this cycle? 🤷
Sandra Brown18 said:Are you honestly suggesting that the Women’s Corner subforum is some kind of joke? Is every single topic and debate on ZK considered unserious, which is why people are allowed to chat about riding streetcars, ferries, or buses there? Why on earth would public figures be any less protected than, say, major banks—which I’m not even naming specifically, just making general points when I critique them?
I am requesting that the forum rules explicitly state which subforums are deemed "serious" versus "unserious," and precisely what we are permitted to discuss in each one. I also want a list of specific terminology that is restricted to certain sections. Nothing should happen without clear rules. Furthermore, I’d like a formal definition of what constitutes a "serious discussion." If the goal is to make the Politics section "serious" by whatever standard you're using, then 90% of the posts there would need to be deleted because they don't meet that threshold for "serious" debate. Be careful what you wish for; it might just come back to haunt you.
Maybe go look up the actual definition of gossip before you try to compare a gossip thread to a topic over in the Economics section.
And since this is my second post to you, let me just get this out of the way... if people were required to identify themselves on the COVID threads—where you were such a shining star—I wouldn't have spent nearly a year staying under the radar. Best,
You weren't actually warning anyone about COVID; you were just fueling panic by parroting the same tired narrative over and over again. It got so exhausting that I eventually just walked away to ZK, where people could actually have a normal, open conversation about everything... And that’s exactly what I’m going to do again—I have no use for this.
Linda King said:I respect all those points, but honestly, if I had stumbled upon that kind of nonsense myself, I would have jumped off the ferry with the exact same conviction she did, and in a few years, that delusion would have hardened into my absolute truth. If nobody steps up to correct me or my source, then so be it. In that sense, her explanation is more than enough for me.
Look at the context here: this is a post from several years after the events took place, written by the very woman who lived through it, expressing her own doubts about whether everything was handled legally—essentially talking about an IP claim and all that other business...
