It looks like nothing’s coming out of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival this year—honestly, a pretty dismal lineup

Yeah, I mean, I know it’s probably not the most popular take because people generally don't want to admit they aren't buying a ticket, but honestly, I can't quite remember the last time a lineup looked this underwhelming. At this point, I'm not even seriously considering picking up a pass.

I tried looking up General Electric on Wikipedia, but they don't even have a page... totally underground... 🙂

Well, I suppose that at least proves they're doing something avant-garde. 🙂

That's just something for the hipsters...😁

It’s just him, a single individual. Since I happen to be an unrepentant hipster at heart, I decided to see what kind of content he had uploaded to YouTube.

Retroспектив added to the lineup🙂

It’s actually quite fascinating how Retroспектив handles crowd engagement through their animation.

Retroспектив was absolutely killer last year!
They totally blew me away. I’m already counting down the days until they hit the stage again this summer.
Honestly, the lineup looks pretty solid so far with everyone they've announced. And you know more heavy hitters are coming, right?

Iness Mezel is a fresh artist to watch

It would be absolutely incredible to see Amadou and Mariam performing on that main stage at Coachella again once more.

Sweet!

I'm with you, they were absolutely killer. When are they coming back? 🙂

From the middle of the Sahara desert all the way to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival—Tamikrest is making the trip.

Where on earth do they even find these people?

Usually in places where people with a narrow worldview can't reach.

What’s the damage for ATM tickets? And does anyone have a current lineup list handy?

Florence also has a gap in the schedule from June 24th to the 30th... 😉

Man, if only Beirut would ever make their way over here... that would be something else entirely... 😍

😂😂😂😂🤣

I guess you might be able to justify buying a ticket just to see Franz, but I wonder if it's actually worth it. 🤔

I suppose one might wonder if grabbing a ticket is worth it just to see Franz, though I'm not entirely sure.🤔

I suspect it might be wiser to hold off for a while, given how few artists they've actually announced so far. It’s a three-day festival, yet we only have about ten names on the list, which seems rather sparse.😕 They seem to be dragging their feet with the lineup, perhaps waiting for the early bird pricing window to close before they reveal anything else.🤷
