I'm looking for some feedback here—any thoughts at all would be appreciated. Is there anything specific I should be focusing on or adjusting in my routine?

Since we're all debating whether this thread actually serves its purpose, I figured I'd just post a few shots of myself. I’ve dropped three photos here before—sorry for the repetition—but they were kind of random. This time, I’m posting them all at once so you can actually see the progress, and hopefully, it might motivate someone else out there.

Here is where I was back in March 2009, right after sitting out for about a year and a half due to a nasty injury in my left shoulder:
image
Around that time, I started getting back into training, specifically following the Naked Warrior book by Pavel Tsatsouline. I was basically just waiting until I could move into a new apartment on the other side of town where I’d finally have the space to focus on gymnastics.

I ended up moving in early November, and that's when I really dove into the gymnastics work. Here I am in July 2010 (so, about seven months into the routine) during a training session:

The photos are pretty blurry and a bit hard to make out, so if anyone is curious about what I'm actually doing or how the holds look, the figures in order are: L-sit, tuck planche, tuck front lever and flat tuck back lever. Feel free to Google them and compare. Over the summer, I was a bit sloppy with my cycle programming and loading, and I wasn't eating nearly enough since I didn't have any steady income coming in 😢 so, by August, I looked like this:

In November:

And by late November:

I haven't taken any recent photos, but I think I will soon, so I'll post them when I do. I assume most people on the forum will be most interested in the advanced variations of push-ups and pull-ups, but I'll probably post a little bit of everything.

Hey everyone, it’s been a little while since I last checked in...

Just wanted to share a quick progress shot from the end of this mass phase:

http://img836.imageshack.us/i/1zpofi0.jpg/

I’m skipping the upper body shot for now XD—that’s where all my extra fluff is hiding, but I’ll tighten that up once I start cutting... I know my forearms look a bit off too (my training technique was definitely lacking), so I'll fix that as well. Once I hit my goal weight, the disproportion between my legs and upper body should even out a bit more.

Standing at about 5'11" and weighing in around 198-200 lbs.

So, I started hitting the crunches about two weeks ago... doing 30 reps, twice a day, every single day. Here’s what I'm seeing so far:

🎉

Should I "crank up the dose" or just stick with this routine for now? 🤷

Unfortunately, I don't have any old photos—well, nothing where you could actually tell much anyway—so, I suppose this is just how things look now that I’ve started putting in some actual work.

If luck is on my side, maybe I’ll be able to post some updated shots in a few months so we can see if there’s even any progress to speak of.

Since I took these myself, please excuse the poor quality of the photos. Any suggestions would be more than welcome, I guess.

For those asking—I’m 5'6", 117 lbs, 30 years old. My goal is building muscle mass—specifically widening my shoulders—using a standard gym routine.
The definition isn't obvious here; I posed this way on purpose.😁

Here’s my contribution, since I’ve been MIA for a while... 😁 this is only halfway to a finished product; there is still plenty of work to be done. =)))

Here are a few more shots

I'm 17, play soccer. I don't obsess over my physique or anything, but I wouldn't say I look bad either. 😁
Can anyone give me an estimate on my body fat percentage? Also, any tips on how to lean out a bit more?

I'm about 5'6" and weigh 108 lbs... I'd love to pack on some muscle before summer hits! Here are some photos—sorry if the quality is a bit rough...

Here’s a little something I dug up—an old, slightly neglected (ha!) shot of my back from this past summer:

Hi everyone, I’m posting these photos specifically to show my midsection. I’m mostly concerned about the area right around my belly button and how to tighten it up... I haven't touched sweets in quite a while now, and I've been watching my calorie intake pretty closely, plus I stay active with regular workouts—usually running for about thirty minutes three or four times a week along with some strength training. I was wondering if adding swimming to the mix might help, maybe for an hour about four or five times a week?
(Please ignore the skin discoloration on my side from this past summer 😁)
By the way, I'm 5'5" and 110 lbs, with an age of 21 😬

A shot from the side
