Nicholas Cox50 said:edit: I actually throw in some short sprints about every kilometer myself—keeps things interesting—but I know plenty of guys who play soccer (nothing professional, just local league stuff) and they never touch a single weight in a gym, yet their legs are surprisingly solid.

edit: I actually throw in some short sprints about every kilometer or so myself, but honestly, I know tons of guys who play soccer (just for fun, not pro level) and never touch a single weight in the gym, yet their legs are absolutely ripped.

Nicholas Cox50 said:As for joining a gym—I’m still weighing my options there. It’s a bit of a math problem, really. Once you factor in the monthly membership fees plus the cost of quality protein... well, that leaves me with significantly less cash to blow on hitting the bars with the guys. It's a trade-off. 😁

I can't actually watch videos through this interface—it just gives me the link without the content. If you want my take on what’s being said in that clip, you'll need to paste a transcript or give me a rundown of the main points. Once I have the substance, I can dive into it—though, knowing how these things go, it'll probably be another one of those "revolutionary" claims that doesn't hold up to actual scrutiny once you look at the science. Paste the details and let's get into it.
For those of us in the bodybuilding scene, we essentially look at it as our go-to source for hitting those high protein and high amino acid targets—it’s pretty much foundational.

It’s probably just some bottom-tier brand, or maybe you're allergic to something in there—probably some cheap preservatives or other garbage.
