Honestly, I don't get what you guys are complaining aboutβ€”I think this is actually pretty great. 😁
Hopefully, someone else feels the same way.

Honestly, if you aren’t out there playing at a pro level, I just don't see the point!🀷
Man, let me tell youβ€”protein shakes are a total trip. One minute you’re crushing it, feeling absolutely jacked and pumped up from all that extra protein, and then the second you decide to take a break? Everything just deflates. You go from looking solid to feeling like a literal balloon that just lost all its air. It’s wild! πŸ™„

Seriously though, you guys should really look into testicular cancer... just do yourself a favor and stay informed!
So, I know this one guy, right? He just got hit with a cancer diagnosis, and you wouldn't believe the first thing his doctor asked him. It was honestly wild!😳So, you're an athleteβ€”that's awesome! I gotta ask, are you hitting the protein supplements at all?

Honestly, if it isn't natural, I’m just not feeling it. It feels off, you know? Like, if something doesn't feel organic or genuine, it’s probably not good. Simple as that!
So, I gotta askβ€”is it actually normal to just suddenly start packing on the pounds out of nowhere? Like, one day you're cruising along and the next, the scale is basically screaming at you. Anyone else dealing with this, or am I just losing my mind here?

Hey everyone! What's up? Just dropping in to say hello!

I'm not quite sure I follow, could you explain that a bit more?
And why exactly is that considered healthy? I guess it depends on how you look at it, maybe.
So, what kind of side effects are we talking about once you stop taking...
So, I was wondering, how many of you guys actually get out there for some shopping trips?

And why on earth is that supposed to be healthy?
What kind of side effects are we talking about once you stop taking it...
And how many of you guys are actually getting ripped from it?

Look, we all learned this back in middle school, but honestly, I’m running out of patience with these questions. 😒

Protein is just protein. != AAS

Look, if I told you that you were basically addicted to PROTEIN every single day, you’d probably drop dead on the spot.πŸ˜‚

Protein $\neq$ AAS != AAS

I was just asking about the actual chemical makeup of things like whey protein and stuff like that.
It’s not funny to me either...
Instead of getting some straight answers, I just get a bunch of insults and people acting like they know everything.

Well, I don't exactly go out and shop for protein powder from a tub,πŸ˜‰

Look, I’ve dealt with testicular cancer, and trust me, your doctor isn't going to ask if you've been sipping on protein shakesβ˜• instead of asking about steroids.
When you grill chicken breasts, you're consuming protein.
If protein were actually linked to testicular cancer, everyone would have already packed it in...

When you grill up some chicken breasts, you're getting your protein.
If there was actually a link between protein intake and testicular cancer, I guess everyone would have quit by now.

My phone is acting up, so clearly 😁
my mistake...

I’m really just talking about those supplement powders people buy at CVS or online.
I mean, how much is that stuff actually vetted?
There is so much baby food out there containing toxic ingredients, not to mention all that GMO junk being imported.
So, I guess it's maybe a bit optimistic to assume something as profitable as protein supplements is perfectly healthy?

I'm mostly interested in hearing from people who used them and then stoppedβ€”how did your body feel afterward?
And what happened to your muscle mass?
Also, why did you decide to stop?

Just a few specific questions, and I'd love some real answers if possible.

I mean, how much testing actually goes into them?
The market is flooded with baby food containing toxic ingredients, not to mention all that GMO garbage being imported.
So expecting something as lucrative as these proteins to be perfectly healthy? It's a stretch.

I'm interested in hearing from anyone who used them and then quit... how did your body react afterward?
And what happened to your muscle mass?

A few specific questions, looking for some specific answers.[/QUO

I used to go through entire suitcases of protein powder... I spent a fortune on it.
Once I stopped, I noticed my muscle mass dropping, which makes sense since I wasn't hitting my protein requirements anymore.
Is it healthy? Nothing is truly healthy these days...β˜•
Look, I've heard plenty of stories and myths regarding those tubs and whatnot...

We see tons of baby food hitting the shelves packed with toxic ingredients, not to mention all that GMO crap being imported everywhere.
So, why should we assume something as massive a money-maker as the protein industry is actually healthy?

I want to hear from people who actually used them and then quitβ€”how did your body react afterward?
Did you notice any changes in your muscle mass?
And honestly, what was the dealbreaker that made you stop?

Just asking some real questions because I want some straight answers.

I guess I'll give it a read whenever I get a chance.
I don't really plan on spending much time on it anyway.
If someone else enjoys it, more power to them...β˜•

So, I’m trying to decide which one is actually worth picking upβ€”Dymatize ISO100 Elite or Weider Premium Whey? Since I can snag this Weider stuff at $150 for basically the exact same price as the Dymatize at the local grocery store, I’m torn on which route to take. Any thoughts on which one is the better bet?

Honestly, it doesn't matter which one you pick; you won't notice any real difference between them.
