I caught a screening of it the other day, and honestly, I found the first one much better...
It just didn't have that same sense of suspense that the original had. With the first movie, you were genuinely flying blind, never knowing what was coming next. In this one, you kind of feel like you can see the gears turningβ€”you're already anticipating how they’ll lose someone or how the next morning will leave them with zero memory of the night before. Still, all things considered, it was a decent way to spend a couple of hours. πŸ™‚

Look, this movie is totally solid if you just want to switch your brain off and have some mindless fun, but is it the funniest comedy ever made? Definitely not..

Personally, I thought it was great, though the first one hits ten times harder.
I'm a sucker for movies like this. Anyone got some solid recommendations? Thanks in advance. 😁

Sorry, folks, this movie is just bad. πŸ‘Ž
The best part was that photo at the end during the credits again.
The first one was actually pretty good. Just to be clear, they didn't know whether to pee or poop in this one.
I'm really wondering if they'll actually dare to make a third one using the same formula, because that would be a bit much.

Oh yeah, I was reading through the previous posts, and what bothered me most was Zach Galifianakis, which surprised me since I know he's a great comedian.
See, in the first film he plays a fool, and his overacting is definitely excessive; I don't remember him being like that in the first one.
Then in the second one, he becomes Supermanβ€”smart, knows everything, gets it... Just be a little consistent.
Is his wedding coming up in the third one?

Honestly, give me a breakβ€”the second one is actually pretty good too! Maybe they should have tweaked the pacing or how the plot unfolds a bit, but hey, it’s still a solid, chill movie... Deb is hands down the craziest part of the whole thing!

It's just great how you decided that for all of us.

Honestly, this sequel is perfectly fine when you consider the absolute train wrecks we usually get in modern cinema. Sure, if you have a high IQ, the plot is painfully predictable, but you can still have a good laugh regardless. My personal highlight has to be Mike Tyson at the very end when he starts singing. 🀣

The movie was absolute garbage.

Purely offensive and not funny at all. :S

I thought the first one was actually pretty fresh and funny... but man, I cannot believe how bad the sequel is. It’s just constant vulgarity and cheap jokes that I don't see how anyone over 15 could even find funny. There were maybe two decent bitsβ€”like that black albino polar bear and the scene where he flies off on a glider while Zach Galifianakis drops the anchor. Everything else? Just a total mess, if you ask me. Though, I guess I don't know when I last sat through such a bad "blockbuster."

I'd bet my life the third installment will revolve around Chow finally getting loose.

The movie was terrible. Aside from laughing at that song on the boat, nothing else landed.

It’s an okay movie. Personally, though, I found the first one much better.

I ended up watching this sequel mostly out of curiosity (and because of Zach Galifianakis) without really having any massive expectations going in.

There are definitely a few moments where I actually laughed out loud (that tranny scene 🀣 was something else).

In my opinion, Due Date was a better ride.

I caught this movie last week. Honestly, it wasn't my favoriteβ€”it had some funny bits, sure, but all things considered, it felt like your run-of-the-mill comedy. It’s a bit of a bummer they didn't give Bradley Cooper a bigger role; he's basically just background noise in this one.

It's perfectly fine with me, as long as we aren't looking for deep analysis and just want something to turn our brains off to.πŸ™‚

It’s got plenty of decent jokes, but honestly, it just wasn't what I was expecting.

I guess The Hangover taught me that you can actually achieve top-tier success without having all the perfect conditions lined up, provided you possess an extraordinary amount of creativity and originality.

The Hangover Part II showed me that just repeating the exact same movie in a different city might bring in the same amount of cash, but it certainly doesn't deliver the same level of quality.

πŸ‘Ž A nod to Hollywood greed.

Watched the duo and honestly, I'm not a fan at all. But if I were running the studio, I’d greenlight a third one with a decent script in a heartbeat for way less moneyβ€”it would be a guaranteed cash cow.

Honestly, this movie kind of sucks. There are way better comedies out there that just don't get nearly as much hype as this one..
