Aggrotech/Terror EBM/Hellektro recommendations?

So, I stumbled upon a track by Marilyn Manson that actually hit the spot, which leads me to ask for some genre recommendations... basically, per Wikipedia 😬,"harsh song structures, aggressive and generally uptempo beats and lyrics of a militant, pessimistic or explicit nature. Typically, the vocals are distorted to sound hoarse, harsh and without tone. Artists also frequently use atonal melodic structures." Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Barney's. 🙂

I wouldn’t bother trying to categorize all the EBM subgenres myself—if you actually want a deep dive into the weeds, head over to the American industrial forums cameraobskura and ask there. The whole scene is essentially just organized chaos, though it’s entertaining enough. 😬

The person above gave you solid advice recommending Wumpscut (do yourself a favor and track down 'Music for Slaughtering Tribe,' it's basically their greatest hits collection 👍); Suicide Commando is also worth a look. I'll just list whatever comes to mind first. For instance, Agonoize—a buddy of mine swears by them; I’ve only listened to 'Assimilation Chapter One,' but it’s decent enough, and honestly, it sounds quite a bit like Marilyn Manson. Then there's Psycho Bitch (miraculously, the singer is actually female, whereas this genre is overwhelmingly male-dominated), Feindflug (I only have 'Mensch Defekt' at home, but it's a masterpiece 😍), and Hocico. Now, Hocico is probably the ugliest and most mindless band in the business—and trust me, the competition for that title is fierce—but their debut compilation of demos, titled 'Autoagression Persistente,' absolutely obliterates 🙏 any sense of low-testosterone eroticism 🙏 😍. Dive is incredible 😍—I can't even begin to describe them—and I should probably mention Frontline Assembly, Controlled Flooring, and Leather Strip (all absolute classics, in that order).
And so on and so forth. But seriously, if you haven't heard 'Front by Front' by Front 242, get on Spotify or something and download it immediately. At the very least, grab tracks like 'Headhunter V1.0,' 'Welcome to Paradise,' and 'Tragedy for You.'
They aren't bad, nor are they overly brutal or mindless; they are essential listening.😈

If that track you were raving about happens to be that "get your body beat" remix by some heavy-duty tactical unit—which, if I recall correctly, has been a massive club anthem for a while now—you might want to start scouting for some Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails, and Daft Punk. Honestly, I’ll tip my hat to you if you can make it through even half an album without needing a breather. 🙏
