All these sites have codes, either for first orders or just some current ones running. I guess you should probably check if you can stack any codes before you actually hit buy.
If you're a little short in your cart to hit free shipping or meet a discount threshold, and you're down for local pickup in the NYC area or somewhere nearby, feel free to hit me up. I always kind of enjoy digging through the sale sections.
Good luck hunting. 🙂

How do returns work on these sites? And do they charge for shipping? I only know how ASOS works since that's my usual go-to.

Hey,
I placed my first order on the Yours Clothing site back on October 16, 2018. It stated shipping to the US would take 3-5 business days. My package still hasn't arrived. For those of you who have actually ordered from here, how long did it realistically take to show up? Up until now, I’ve only used ASOS, and everything always arrives on schedule, plus they provide tracking.

Maybe check out Romanoriginals or Mango.

What's the sizing like for Mango Violeta?
Because I see regular Mango sometimes goes up to XL or XXL, while Violeta lists 42-44-46...
Are they the same, or does Violeta run larger? (With H&M, there seems to be a difference between their 44 plus size and a standard 44)

So, I am officially on the hunt for some actual workout gear!
I’m heading out shopping tomorrow, and just to give you a baseline, I’m sitting at about 220 pounds right now, which means I usually squeeze into size 14 or 16 leggings at places like Target. Depending on the brand, that might translate to a 16/18 elsewhere. Since I’m planning to actually commit to an intensive training routine over the next few months, I really need to find some pants that won't immediately disintegrate at the thighs like my cheap Target finds always do—and ideally, something I can actually move in while working out.

Is the Violeta line available in Mango stores, or is it strictly an online thing? I’ve had my eye on this one jacket—it looks fantastic—but I'm stuck in that awkward sizing limbo between a Large and an XL, and honestly, I just don't have the heart to gamble on an online order without trying it on first.
#2232 ·
I mean, I’m pretty sure you still can't find any Violetes in the stores, if that makes sense.
The sizes are just TTS.

Thanks. Honestly, just grill me on what would look best—I genuinely have no clue what my size actually is. I strictly buy my jeans at C&A, usually a 10 or 12, and typically the bottom half isn't the issue—it's the top. I'm a 36HH bra size, and for jackets, I wear a 12 and an 18 (both from C&A), one XL from Takko, and a 14 from Springfield. It feels silly to grab something smaller from Mango—I might not even be able to button it—but if I go bigger, I’m terrified it’ll just swallow me whole.
Maybe better to go big??

I mean, you wouldn't really know what to suggest, honestly. I guess there were a few times where I tried to play it safe and picked a bigger size than what my actual measurements called for—like, when they didn't have my specific size in stock, so I grabbed an XL instead of a Large—and it turned out to be way too big on me.

I actually found some great leggings at Dick's Sporting Goods lately. They were a bit pricier, I think they were around $93, but honestly, the quality is night and day.

I might not fall into the "plus-size" category strictly speaking—I’m about 167–168 cm and weigh around 75 kg—but I usually settle for a US size 8 or 10. Most clothes fit me perfectly fine, with one glaring, frustrating exception: dresses and skirts.
See, my issue is this massive, rounded backside. When I’m in a dressing room trying on a dress, I look at my hourglass silhouette and think, *wow, okay, I actually look great*—but the second I lift my arms or try to stretch, the back of the dress hitches up so high it practically reaches mid-back. It's ridiculous. If I'm standing still, the front might hit my knees, but the back barely manages to cover my rear.
I’ve tried going up to a size 12, 14, even a 16, but it’s a losing game. If I grab a 12 to accommodate my hips and butt, the bust area just looks like two inflated balloons—not that I have tiny breasts (I'm an 85C, which is decent), but compared to my hips and that wide pelvic line, they look nonexistent.
I’ve experimented with A-line cuts and flared skirts too, but those just tighten so aggressively over my rear that I end up looking twice as wide as I actually am.
It’s become a total nightmare trying to dress up for special occasions. Honestly, I’m starting to feel self-conscious showing up to work every day in just pants and tops, when all I really want is to wear a nice dress once in a while. I’ll see these adorable tunics on a mannequin that look like they’d hit mid-thigh, but the moment I put my actual size on, the hemline ends up halfway down my butt.😁
Buying jeans or shirts? No problem at all. I’m always a solid 8, maybe a 10 if the cut is slim.
To any women out there dealing with this same anatomical struggle: please, help. Where can I actually buy a dress that accommodates my curves without making me feel like I’m trapped in a cage? I’ve bought several pieces that looked perfect in the mirror, only to realize later they’re a disaster. It’s a constant fear that something will slip or shift, leaving me unable to even bend down to pick something up off the floor—because if I do, I might as well walk out the door completely naked.😁 😁 😁

Sean Stewart, I honestly think you’d be the absolute perfect candidate for a wrap dress. Like, they just flatter everyone, you know? They highlight all the right spots and then, I guess, just kind of hide whatever you're trying to keep under wraps.
Have you ever actually tried a style like that?
Even those tunic tops work on basically the same principle, if you think about it.

I gave that a shot too—visually expanding my silhouette until I looked like some old grandma wearing those oversized housecoats. Truth be told, tight, bodycon dresses actually look great on me—provided, of course, that I remain perfectly stationary. 😁 But I actually need to be able to move. Given that I have an hourglass figure—specifically, a very prominent backside—wearing those kinds of dresses makes me look less like I’m heading to the office or even a crime scene, and more like I’m about to start grinding on a pole at a club. 😁
So, I’m looking for something more like this one on the far left (though, naturally, I prefer models that are just a touch longer): https://dresswithpress.files.wordpre...les-shapes.png
Anything wider than that just makes me look so bulky I end up resembling one of those cartoon grandmas from Tom & Jerry.

@Paloma.. honestly, you seem to have a recurring issue with any woman who actually possesses a decent silhouette. If I were you, I’d suggest investing in a high-end tailor—someone who actually understands how to cut fabric to highlight curves rather than just hiding them under ill-fitting clothes.

Have you tried A-line dresses or maybe something straight-cut?
