ironhound15 said:I have a question for the group. Does anyone happen to know where I can track down some decent velour leather or even just standard leather for sewing coats and similar heavy pieces? I’ve been scouring the internet for ages, but honestly, it feels like a total ghost town out there—nothing useful keeps popping up in my searches. If anyone has a lead on a specific shop, preferably somewhere in a major hub like Chicago or New York, I would be eternally grateful.

If you're looking in the Chicago area, check out Pamigo over on Bologna Avenue. A buddy of mine grabbed some stuff there once and had his mom sew him a killer coat. 😁

Alright, I need these gloves. If anyone knows a site that actually ships them over here to the States, let me know. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

So, I'm on the hunt for a proper leather pouch 😁 you know, the classic kind you see in old Western movies—something for carrying keys, coins, or whatever else. Just something rugged and old-school...

That’s the vibe, though honestly, it doesn't have to be high-end; even something basic or low-quality would work for what I need. Does anyone know where I can pick something up here in the States? Maybe at some local outdoor retailers or specialized sporting goods stores? Has anyone actually bought anything like this recently? I just really hope the prices haven't gone through the roof lately. =/

1.) That's what they call a slap in the face. 😉
2.) I actually spotted some of them out in the streets of NYC, just walking around with schoolbooks in one hand and full hunting gear in the other—you see them everywhere, from local gift shops to those massive shopping malls. 👍
3.) And honestly, you won't find anyone in there sipping on water or anything; it’s more like they're nursing a shot of brandy or something strong like that. 😁

Alright, look, a splash of color is fine, but honestly? I’d be just as happy with something plain and functional—like a standard military issue or maybe something geared toward hunting. 😁 The problem is, most of those styles end up looking hideous. I just want something simple, straightforward, and not overpriced for the sake of it.

I'll keep an eye out for them.

You can mostly find those trinkets in gift shops or similar outlets, while the more specialized caps are usually tucked away in hunting and sporting goods stores. You might also want to check out the Ban Army Shop website.

Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a Jägermeister hat like this? Or better yet, if someone happens to have one lying around and doesn't actually need it, I am more than ready to take it off your hands as a gift! 🙂

P.S. — I’m well aware that promo girls used to hand these out during Jägermeister events, so if there are any former promoters lurking in this thread... give me a shout.

So, three years later, I’m still left wondering: does anyone actually know where you can pick up that fruit-flavored tobacco in any major US city? Like, say, Chicago or Seattle? I’ve already got the hookah setup ready to go, but finding the actual flavored tobacco—or whatever that substance is supposed to be—feels like searching for a needle in a haystack. Any leads?

I suppose I should say something here, though it feels like shouting into a void that doesn't particularly care for the noise... everything just seems to drift in these circles lately. It’s fine, I guess. Just another day of watching the gears turn without any real momentum behind them... kaže:
Does anyone happen to know where I can pick some up?

I've been looking for this for a long time now... 😳
Does that actually exist, though? Like, where would you even find that in an OS... 🙂

I know there’s someone in Chicago if anyone's looking—😁 we actually asked a firm at the Book Expo, and they told us they have 😁

So, does a smoke shop actually carry legitimate hookahs for sale, or is it just a bunch of glass bongs meant for consuming that "exotic tobacco" nonsense? 😁

That fruit-flavored tobacco looks way too good; honestly, I’d probably eat it if I could. 😕

I think there’s some truth to that, honestly. By the way, do you happen to know where I can actually pick up some of that fruit tobacco?

First off, hey everyone. Since I’m the new kid on the block here, I’m hoping to get some quick pointers from the group.

Here’s the deal: a buddy of mine has a birthday coming up on July 3rd, and he’s obsessed with Sweden. He’s been hunting for a Swedish flag for ages, and honestly, I think that would be the perfect gift. Does anyone know where I could actually pick one up or maybe have one custom-made? I’ve been scouring the web, but it hasn’t been very fruitful. I know they’re on Amazon, but that’s a dead end for me since I don't have a credit card, and even if I did, I'm not sure it would make it here by the 3rd.
Thanks in advance for any help 😉

BTW, hope I didn't wander into the wrong subforum. If I did, I'll let the mods move this to the right spot...

Right here you can find some information regarding the Swedish flag. Your most cost-effective option would be to purchase fabric in yellow and blue and then commission a local tailor to sew it for you.

I saw a flat surface in a Peveč showroom—not sure what the price tag was... looked like it had leather upholstery—but honestly, I have some leather scraps at home that just sit there unused....

Does anyone happen to know of a good online shop that sells seeds for medicinal herbs and spices? I’m looking to start a little garden of my own. I actually stumbled upon one site yesterday, but honestly, their selection was pretty underwhelming.

Hey everyone, does anyone happen to know where I can pick up one of those UV light pens? A buddy of mine grabbed one over in Germany a few years back, and it was pretty slick—instead of your standard ink cartridge, it uses some kind of invisible liquid, and there’s a little built-in UV light right on the tip that lets you actually see what you're writing 🙂 . I’ve been scouring every bookstore and specialty shop I can think of, but so far, I've come up empty-handed
.
