Look, look—God basically used His own will to make humans with their own will, right? You know, free will.
It’s the same deal with angels; He gave them free will too.
And once you’ve got free will, you’ve automatically got the ability to choose—you can pick good or you can pick bad. It's simple math: if "bad" exists, then "good" has to exist too. God is always working to pull something good out of the mess, separating the light from the dark.😉
So, there's your answer.

Honestly, I didn't even think anyone would get it... just a total mess of meat and bones. Thank God He didn't decide to send another massive flood our way after seeing that.

And do you actually grasp what this "Biblical God" of yours is supposed to be? Sounds like a real loose cannon to me. First, He creates everything perfectly, then He hands out free will that somehow operates completely independently of His own will. 🤣 And supposedly, He's omnipotent..

It’s like He doesn't even know what His right hand is doing while the left one is busy elsewhere..😵

To me, truth is whatever remains constant, regardless of how much the world shifts around us.
Think about it—how is it that materialists or atheists find it so effortless to accept things like thought, the ego, or personality? Where is the physical proof for those phenomena? Has anyone ever actually *seen* a mind, or intelligence, or the "Self"?

That’s why I think it’s worth asking: if these things exist, then shouldn't we also consider other phenomena that aren't directly visible?

The general consensus is that a human being is made up of the mind, intelligence, the ego, senses, and emotions. But because each of these elements is so busy performing its own specific function, I find it impossible to perceive the soul as a single unit. All these different layers are really just the material reflections of the soul.

Honestly, trying to wrap your head around the interaction between the soul, the spirit, and God is probably the hardest thing to grasp—even angels struggle to fully make sense of it.

There isn't any absolute truth, but they serve as tools along the way. Right? Eventually, they'll turn into the truth itself.

Once you possess free will, you inherently possess the capacity to choose between good and evil. If evil exists, then by definition, good must exist as well. God always manages to weave something good out of something bad, separating the two.😉

What does any of this actually have to do with free will?

If we truly have free will, how can Hell even exist?

Look, He's the Creator, and you're just a creation. He isn't out here cloning people to look exactly like Him, and He isn't selfish, either.

Just tell me—would you even want there to be an exact carbon copy of you out there? Someone identical, with the same exact desires, walking one step behind you, grabbing the glass of water you wanted before you could reach it, just staring at you while you stare back, stuff like that?
If He hadn't given us free will, our conversation would be incredibly boring, just a loop of "yeah, yeah, no, no."

Deep down inside you, there's a spirit that carries God's will, craving the spiritual and screaming for God, but you can't see it. You don't get it. You search for the spiritual, but whatever you find is never gonna fulfill you or save you.
Not Buddha, not Krishna, not anybody else—only God the Creator. The Bible says He knew you before the world was even made; He knows every single hair on your head. He knows you, he knows you really well, and He loves you big time. 😉

God made the Earth, and yeah, it wasn't perfect right away, but He made it perfect.

1 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.

2 The earth was totally empty and desolate. Darkness hung over the abyss. The Spirit of God hovered over the waters.

3 Then God said, "Let there be light!" And there was light.

4 And God saw that the light was good. So God separated the light from the darkness.

just like He split the light from the dark, He'll do the same with people
as long as you're in this body, you've got a choice in the matter

Sin just... existed. It was always there, and eventually, it’s gonna be gone because it'll get tossed straight into the lake of fire
