Man, I’ve noticed that sometimes the cache just gets so bloated with junk that everything starts lagging—not just the game, but the whole system feels sluggish. Then, once you finally clear it out, everything snaps right back to being smooth and running perfectly again.

Is anyone else running into issues paying their AT&T bill through e-Zelle?
I have my usual template ready to go, I open it up, let it pull all the data, swap out those few digits in the "authorization number"—and then boom, it hits me with some error message about a "MODULE." Not a model, mind you, it literally says module. I can't get my internet or my phone bill settled at all. And just to be clear, I’ve been using this exact same method for over a year without a single hiccup!!!

I paid all my other bills just fine today. It’s just these specific ones that won't go through.🤷

That module error usually pops up when there’s a mismatch with the account number, but honestly, I don't want to give you the wrong advice and waste your time! If you could just drop the exact error message you're seeing right here, I can dig into this and figure out exactly what's going on for you.

Look, I already paid the bill at Walmart, so whatever, but I have no clue what went wrong since I’ve been doing this exact same thing for a year now. I just use my saved template, swap out those few digits in the "authorization number," update the total, and call it a day.
🤷

Hey, I think AT&T was swapping out account numbers on some bills a few months back... Did you happen to check that? Like, maybe they switched banks

I haven't a clue. But last month everything went through just fine.🤷

On another note, I'm trying to pay this other bill online, and it keeps telling me the model doesn't match the authorization code... the model is set to 01, but if I type in 00, it actually works...

🤷😕

I know they usually let you keep paying with the old account for a little while after the switch before they finally cut it off...

But man, it’s super weird that you're running into issues with someone else again... 🤷

I use the "01" model for both my AT&T mobile and internet bills, and it works perfectly every time. I just double-checked all my other templates, and they’re all set to "01"—except for my Goldman Sachs account, which uses "63." Have you thought about checking in with your bank?

Mine says 01 on everything too. The only one giving me grief is from my insurance provider—it’s an annual payment so I didn't even have a statement handy—so I just manually entered 00, and it went through... hopefully the payment actually clears...😕
At the end of the day, the account number and the phone number are correct, so I have no clue what this "model" thing is even supposed to mean...🤷

I can't believe I'm seeing this again. Seriously? Robert Hernandez11 says:
I know they’ll let you keep using the old account for a little while after the switch, but eventually, they just cut it off completely.

The account number is exactly the same as the one in the template. 🤷

Man, that is seriously weird 🤔 You should probably give customer service—or whatever they call them these days—a ring. They ought to be able to sort you out pretty fast because this definitely isn't right

I just went ahead and paid my utility bill through the online portal today, but I realized after the fact that I overpaid by quite a bit... I'm wondering if there's any way to cancel or reverse the transaction before the payment actually clears, since the scheduled draft doesn't hit until Tuesday...

Doesn't the JPMorgan Chase online portal not offer an option to void or pull back a payment right up until it hits the final settlement stage?
They surely have to have some kind of help desk you can call, right?...

I can only reach the helpdesk during JPMorgan Chase business hours... which means I'm stuck waiting until Tuesday... has anyone else dealt with this kind of runaround... and if I show up at the branch first thing Tuesday morning, will they actually bother to refund my money or just attempt to reverse the transaction then

I mean, their helpdesk is open 24/7... if I remember right! 😁

JPMorgan Chase

800-XXX-XXXX; 212-XXX-XXXX

online banking for customers

212-XXX-XXXX

Just give 'em a ring and see...

If you scheduled that payment for Tuesday, just head over to your account overview, hit the pending transactions, select that specific order, and then click delete 😉

The status says it’s been processed... which implies it was submitted with today's date... yet when I try to call those numbers listed above, I just get told to try back during standard business hours

Well, if the transaction actually cleared, then they’ve already pulled the funds from your account, haven't they?!

Yeah, they already went ahead and pulled the money right out of my account...
