Come on, flightguy... Xanax? Honestly, once she actually reads the list of side effects, there’s no way she’s touching those things. 🙄 Zane is a much better sedative; Xanax is just a bit too heavy-duty of a chemical cocktail for my taste.

Honestly, it was only a matter of time. It's not like she can just demand a prescription for Prozac because some random person on a message board said it worked for them...😁

No way. Not happening anymore. Getting off those meds was brutal.🙂 Spent an entire night in the ER puking and shaking like a leaf, seeing things that weren't even there. Honestly, I'd rather just have two beers or some Xanax to take the edge off, then just stay up on my laptop or the TV until morning. Winter makes everything worse—I don't work, I'm just stuck at home, and that’s basically a recipe for disaster.🤣

I haven't been following the thread too closely, to be honest, but I can't help wondering why you’re experiencing those hallucinations. Is this something new for you, or is it a recurring issue that you deal with from time to time? I suppose it might even be a side effect from some medication you've been taking lately...

Honestly, I have to wonder how everyone else is managing to cope with this relentless heatwave. I’m asking because between all the various medications I’ve been taking lately, I feel like I’m sweating twice as much as usual, and my mouth feels perpetually parched. It seems like a constant struggle. If I have to step out for any reason, I feel an urgent need to carry something cold to drink with me, but then I run into that other annoying issue—how quickly the water just turns lukewarm in the heat.🙂

I suppose you’re asking about milligrams—though I can't say I follow the context! kaže:
Man, how are you all surviving this heat? Seriously—between all the meds I’m taking, I feel like I’m sweating twice as much and my mouth is constantly bone-dry! I need to find something to sip on whenever I head out, but the struggle is real... the water just turns lukewarm way too fast.🙂

I’m just sitting here, staring at my screen, and honestly? I am completely stuck. Just totally, utterly stumped.

Nah. I was hallucinating because I was coming off Samuel. One time only. Ended up having an absence seizure.

I do the exact same thing. I always carry a water bottle with me, but during the summer, I fill it about halfway and throw it in the freezer. Then, right before I leave the house, I top off the rest with cold water. That way, you’ve basically got ice water; the ice melts slowly as you go, so the water stays chilled for a really long time.

Timothy Wood38 said:I'm on Zane too, and personally, it works great for me without any side effects. I take 20 mg, which definitely does the trick. That's pretty much the ceiling for the dosage.

Back in the day, I tried taking Xanax to help with sleep, but none of those pills ever really did anything for me.
In a word: total garbage.

Look, if you want to actually get some rest, just pick up some Ambien; it’s worth every penny if you want to sleep like a log 😁

Ugh, I finally managed to get some fuel in my system. Before this, I could barely even stay upright—my spine was absolutely killing me, and honestly, every single bone felt like it was aching. But now? I think I’m finally doing alright. 🙂

My cousin knows the deal. 😉

Does that Rohypnol require a prescription? Is it as heavy-duty as Valium?

It’s prescription-only, and apparently, it hits way harder than Sanval. I haven’t actually tried it myself, but a friend was telling me all about it. They say you use it before surgery or right before anesthesia, but the catch is that if you start relying on it too much, it just stops working. I’m honestly thinking about reaching out to Dr. Zan, but if this stuff is basically the same thing as Sanval, I’m worried. If I don't knock it back immediately while tucked into bed, I'll be tossing and turning all night long.☕

Anyone got advice on what to take for sleep? It’s been seven days since I last closed my eyes. Somehow I’m still functioning, though I'm pretty much a walking nerve ending right now.🙂I know I said I wouldn't touch the stuff, but I'm hitting a wall. Just nothing heavy that leaves me wandering around at 3 AM trying to plan a wedding for my sleeping boyfriend. Maybe Normabel or unknown or unknown?

Zan isn't like Sanval to me. Worked pretty well for the first couple of months, then just stopped on its own without any drama.

I can't help but wonder, in what kind of way could someone actually find some sort of relief through Sanvall? 🙂

...I honestly have to wonder about that too. That was hands down the worst pill I’ve ever taken. I was basically out for an entire month...
They really ought to ban Sanval by law. I followed the instructions perfectly, taking it right before bed, but then I wake up to find out I actually wandered into a Shell station wearing my pajamas... there's so much more, honestly. I'm still so embarrassed thinking about those moments. I never had anything like that happen when I used Ambien.

Man, Sanval is a total disaster... 🙂

A while back, my GP handed me some Sanval because she claimed she couldn't prescribe me Ambien since it was "too strong"... 🤦
And then she gave me Sanval, which basically sent me into a hallucinogenic trip, and when I finally woke up, I felt like I’d been hit by a truck.

Ambien works way better for me—no hallucinations (lol), and I actually wake up feeling rested. Though, honestly, I rarely struggle with insomnia, so I don't even touch the Ambien much anymore.

As for this heatwave... I drink tons of water too, and I don't mind if it's room temp. Actually, I can't stand ice water. I stick to lukewarm or warm water, whether it's summer or winter.

Hey everyone, so I’ve been scrolling through here, reading and reading and reading, and honestly? Still haven't found what I'm looking for :P. Anyway, has anyone actually taken Prozac? I just got my first dose today because I was diagnosed with an adjustment disorder and panic attacks. I've posted on other forums before about having this choking sensation a long time ago, but they just told me it was "normal" since I have a heart condition. Look, I've always managed to dodge the heavy stuff—I have never, ever taken anything for those attacks except for some 2 mg Xanax when my heart rhythm gets wonky. So, does anyone have any actual experience with this Prozac thing? And also... is there any way I could just stick to psychotherapy so I don't end up being a total pill addict? Especially since I'm already on quite a cocktail for my heart: Rhythmia 300 mg, Isopit, and Marijuana. Hmmm... thanks!

Sanval messed me up too. I missed my bedroom door entirely and headed straight for the patio doors instead. I actually managed to slice my arm open on the glass, then ended up running to my neighbors in just my boxers, terrified. My family was home, but our house is huge so they didn't hear a thing. Honestly, I have zero memory of the whole mess... just a chaotic trip to the ER.🤦
