Is going to the movies... in Movies ·
What exactly makes the latter part so monotonous?
Look, I don't need some kind of support system just to catch a movie, grab a coffee, or, you know, actually go anywhere at all😁

The movie itself is just okay, I guess. It’s hard to tell what the actual point is.

Yeah, totally. Honestly, anyone who read Agatha Christie's "And Then There Were None" back in elementary school is going to figure out where this is heading within the first ten minutes of the film. 🙄

The beginning is beginning to promise, but the closer you get to the end... 👎

I actually got mocked for not knowing how to pick a good movie from the rental store, but seriously, based on what I could tell, this felt really promising at first. 😁

Just save your money, people. 😉

Since this subforum is basically just a collection of neurotics who are terrified of spoilers 😬 would anyone be kind enough to shoot me a PM letting me know whose death we're actually talking about?

Thanks so much, Mučo 🙂

shadowgardener12 said:PCOS happens when sexual energy becomes too intense—basically, when there’s an excess of energy concentrated right at those sexual centers. The long-term fix is all about rebalancing, both energetically and hormonally, which really means looking at the whole spectrum of how we live... changing our lifestyle and finding a way to express our energies more evenly. 😉

Maybe, though I personally feel the roots go deeper. There are other ways to look at this.

How you perceive your own femininity, maturing, truly connecting with that part of yourself... yeah, sexuality plays a role in that, sure... but I just don't think it's exclusively about that.

Look, I'm not anti-pill. For some people, during certain periods of their lives, they are absolutely necessary to help prevent fertility issues. I'm more in favor of some kind of combined approach. 😉
But honestly? Most people just aren't ready to do that level of inner work, and I guess you can't really blame them. 😉

Are you talking about taking a break?

No.
I mean the PCOS, which actually needs to be healed.🙂

The pills? Sure, they work, but not forever... They don't actually fix the root cause, they just mask the symptoms, which is pretty obvious if you think about it..

As soon as I switched over to Cilest... all five of them 👍

I wasn't on Cilest... but I was taking Tranquility😲 🙂
You just have to find "your" pills. For me, Diane actually 🙏, no matter how much women roll their eyes whenever they hear the name... I mean, I know it’s not a forever solution, but for now, there really isn't any other way...

Unfortunately, yeah, even with all that medical green light shining on it.
I mean, I totally agree—you aren't going to fix these kinds of issues with just a handful of pills..
But sometimes, honestly, there just isn't any other choice, at least for a little while...

Same here... but this was before I started Diane.

Has anyone else dealt with this? in Health ·
Are you actually getting enough sleep?
Are you working yourself into the ground?

A coworker of mine just completely burned out because his entire life basically boiled down to nothing but work and grinding. He ended up hooked up to an IV drip at the hospital. I mean, it wasn’t life-threatening or anything, but seriously, what was the point of all that? 🙂

Go see a doctor. 🙂

😍
Personally, I do it just to make my own life easier—I'm a total visual learner, so things actually stick when they're written out, especially if I can go crazy with different colored highlighters.😁
But yeah, I only really find the time to do that when I'm not swamped.🙂

Carol Jackson45 said:Explanation: fruit yogurt is hands down the most unforgivable culinary crime ever committed, yet people somehow—for reasons known only to God—actually enjoy it.

(Honestly, my hatred for the stuff is so intense that I’m basically ready to label anyone who eats it as mentally deficient. And yeah, I guess some of my own family members fall into that category too, but hey, what can you do?)

Well, I actually love it. 😳
It used to disgust me, but once you get hooked, there's no turning back. 😁 It's definitely addictive; who knows what kind of junk they're putting in there? 😬

Psychotherapy is definitely 👍

I’ll take therapy over medication any day of the week. Meds just tend to mask what's actually going on—they basically sweep the issues under the rug (though, I guess, in specific cases like schizophrenia, there might not be any other way out)

A psychotherapist isn't some kind of savior coming to pull you out of a hole; they're more like a steady hand that a patient often needs just so they can pull THEMSELVES out 🙂
I felt a lump—any advice? in Health ·
I’m sitting here reading through all this, and honestly? I’m just bracing myself for whatever nightmare comes next... 😲

I mean, I guess it’s a relief that things turned out okay 👍

P.S. Just for the record, I shave 😁
