A bit slow-paced, but just enough to keep things interesting without dragging. 👍 The lead actress was excellent—really great casting. The rest of the cast, C. Farrell, C. Bal, and C. Plummer, were solid as usual.
The women in the audience kept sighing, clearly expecting some wild scenes with Pocahontas, but... well, you'll see...😁

Unbelievable... the depravity in this... I won't spoil it for you, but it was incredibly uncomfortable to watch (it wasn't exactly a packed house either).
I think I'll be thinking twice before diving into more Asian horror... Even though I liked Oldboy, this was just too much.
The "Valjušak" or "Dumpligs" segments were twisted enough, but I think I was even more terrified—like most people probably were—by the scene in "Box"
That final scene in "Box" is haunting... I consider myself pretty desensitized, but when she opens that door... I actually got chills. 😲

You really have to see these movies first to get the joke. For me, the heavy hitters were things like 🤣 Brokeback Mountain, but if more of them had parodied those...

That film about the crew at Sundance—Death of a Worker, I think it was called—was incomparably better.
Maybe the only thing is the lack of dialogue or narration... but I don't mind that. Personally, I prefer when the facts speak for themselves through the imagery rather than being told.
I realized I had it while I was hiking up Mount Rainier... specifically when I reached the edge of that observation deck where the paragliders launch. My heart just dropped... wow. I’ve never felt anything quite like that before. It was intense. 😲 Basically, if there's a sturdy railing or some kind of barrier in place, I'm fine.
I’ve got a Diners card myself, and honestly, it does everything I need it to... I also have their blue card for Netscape shopping, though I haven't used it much—just a few times to grab mobile vouchers online.
Generally speaking, a Visa card is the best way to go...
I haven't caught any of these documentaries yet, but I just saw they extended the screenings through November 30th! So, starting today... I'm definitely making time to see which one to pick.
