First off, you need to figure out WHY you even want this.

And don't go setting these insane, impossible standards for yourself right out of the gate. Unless you’ve got some seriously ironclad willpower, you aren't going to last.

...just pick up a sport you actually enjoy and won't hate doing.
----not only will you get in shape, tone up, and look way better, but it’ll actually give you the grit to stick to your eating plan.
....trust me on this one.

...because otherwise, diets are stupid. Diets suck, period.

You have to change your lifestyle, not just go on a diet.

...During those 24 hours, I don't touch any food. Instead, I just chug 2 to 4 liters of green or herbal tea whenever I feel like it

...And honestly? I feel amazing during the fast, and even better in the days following it...

...I’ve never dealt with nausea, dizziness, or any of that nonsense...

...In my opinion, fasting—as long as you're flooding your system with tea, water, or other unsweetened liquids—is a fantastic way to detox the body👍

When you're at stage 1, you just monitor things closely. You don't jump into treatment because stage 1 might actually clear itself if your immune system is strong enough.

There isn't even a plot, let alone any actual logic... it's just a total disaster from start to finish. 👎
