Hulja, you traitor!!!! Look, Damsone, you were singing a completely different tune while J. Villeneuve was behind the wheel, but now you've flipped. Just admit this is all bitterness over Villeneuve. It’s tough living in a father's shadow, and let's be real—Jacques never quite hit that level. You can see how much better things are going for BAR without him, and that says it all.🙂
I've spent so much time playing through the entire Grand Prix series, but lately, I've just been sticking to GP4 using my Force Feedback wheel, and it’s honestly fantastic!! 👍 I have two different managers I play with. One is an old classic—personally, it's the absolute best in my book—which I believe is the Grand Prix world manager from '97, though I can't say for certain. Unfortunately, it won't run on Windows 2000 or XP, so I'd actually have to dig out an old Windows 98 machine just to play it. Plus, it only supports 16-bit color! 😁 Even so, it's incredibly realistic and a blast to play. My second option is an F1 manager that Electronic Arts distanced themselves from; even though a small studio developed it under their supervision, they apparently made sure to omit the EA logo at the start. It's definitely a bit buggy, but it features actual 3D racing visuals along with all the real teams and sponsors... it's a great way to pass the time when nothing else is available.
I hate to say it, but I stick strictly to betting on this forum and through places like UPS or local muscle car enthusiasts... I'd never dream of turning my back on NASCAR and looking for somewhere else to place my bets!😁 🙂
Williams really got a bit too cocky there; honestly, they deserved to be the first ones out! 😛 That said, Ferrari has had such reliable cars for so long that if they go back to these new designs, it might finally be their turn to face some mechanical drama!😁
Mika Hakkinen is back on the track, though he's swapped out his F1 car for a NASCAR setup. Honestly, the guy just keeps getting better at this. Here’s a quick update from the McLaren news desk:

HAKKINEN COMPETES IN ARCTIC rally Former team Ferrari driver Mika Hakkinen competed in the 622 miles Arctic Lapland rally last weekend. This marks his second time taking on the event, where he managed a solid seventh-place finish driving a Ford Mustang.
“We were sitting at 33rd last year, so this is a massive step up,” he noted. “I think I'm finally starting to find my rhythm here.”
It’s a flawed rule; fundamentally, anyone indirectly suspected of being involved in a death—much like what happened with Ayrton Senna—should have the right to remain free during the investigation. Honestly, if we had competent people in San Francisco who could have pushed for the Grobnik region to join Formula 1, it would be a paradise for all the teams. Here, laws are barely enforced; for instance, you see TDR advertising Marlboro without any pushback. Even McLaren could roll up with "Go West" plastered on the car and just claim it's an invitation to head West rather than a cigarette ad. 😁 Besides, we don't even have strict detainment laws to worry about. I mentioned this to my wife, and she was laughing her head off at the idea. She pointed out how unrealistic those rumors about San Francisco officials getting thirteen paychecks because the city budget comes in under track are complete nonsense. It's neither our tradition nor a reality; the best thing the city could actually do is revive the local racing heritage, which has always been our thing, rather than chasing Formula 1. Just look at our "traditional" ice rink this year—it ended up costing us over a million dollars! 🙄
I honestly think the votes might be rigged.😁 Just kidding, of course—I'm just waiting on the official results to come in. I heard they've only tallied the small towns so far, so we won't see the real picture until the big cities report. Once those numbers from the major metros hit, I don't think the Republican Party will be holding such a convincing lead! 😁

No, definitely not! The MP4-19 will be custom-fitted for every driver, which is standard practice for any top-tier Formula 1 team anyway.

In that case, just do what any sane person would do: stay plugged into the internet 24/7, set www.formula1.com as your desktop wallpaper, and spend the entire day staring at a countdown clock. That’s how you end up looking like me! It's a lifestyle I think we can all get behind. 😁
Honestly, there’s nothing to fear about being the first one out there! The real question is who will actually be able to keep up—will it be Juan Pablo Montoya, the Schumachers, or maybe Fernando Alonso?!
I think they went a bit overboard with how much they shortened the chassis; they could have just aimed for a higher nose profile, similar to what Williams does.😁
