This is just one more reason why we need to shut down those trolls on Wikipedia who are constantly trying to push that whole fake shared heritage narrative.
Speaking of Bean, I caught him on CNN yesterday afternoon playing some lead role in a historical miniseries set in 19th-century India—and wouldn't you know it, he was swinging a sword again. 😬

She’s definitely not a knockout, but she totally pulls off that Pepper Potts vibe.
Tony Stark (meaning RDJ, though honestly, does it even matter 😁) just keeps killing it. I caught Iron Man 2 yesterday, and you can really start to see the blueprint for the Avengers forming. The whole movie has this great urban vibe, so it’s hard to pick out specific scenes, but I definitely have to shout out the DJ set by ROn Man. 😁, and then seeing Iron Man show up at the Stark Expo right at the start. 😁 Another big win for this movie is War Machine. Plus, you've got Pepper Potts looking incredible, and S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Romanoff is right there too. Seriously, I am so hyped to finally see Thor and Captain America, and then the full Avengers lineup. 🙂
I just finished watching Robin Hood, and honestly, I don't think this movie would have landed half as well if Russell Crowe wasn't playing Robin. 😁 The production value is top-tier, and the scenery is absolutely stunning, though I did find the heavy-handed focus on those young boys and Marianne during the final battle a bit much. Also, that whole bit about burning the body of Walter Lostridge (Max von Sydow) felt a little off to me—as far as I know, cremation was pretty much a big no-no in traditional church doctrine until very recently.
So, this is yet another flick where Sean Bean ends up dead, and don't even get me started on how he got stuck in that massive typecasting rut ever since his role as Boromir in LOTR. 😁 Honestly, the movie had way more potential if they’d just focused on making a gritty, realistic medieval drama instead of tossing in all that druid nonsense. Still, much like in Centurion, there's plenty of brutal action to go around, so if nothing else, it’s worth a watch just for the carnage.

I don't get why everyone is so obsessed with his business. If he thinks moving on is the best move for him, then fine—he can go all the way to Mars if that’s what it takes. You people think you know everything.....

That "guy" doesn't have an ounce of character (and honestly, neither do the people defending him) because he clearly cares more about his partner Velepec than he does about his own country. Personally, I hope he fails at every single race—stay stuck in the bottom 100 of the biathlon rankings forever—even while I wish him the absolute best in his personal life, especially his marriage to Velepec.
I’m feeling a bit stuck on how to handle some conflicting medical advice. I’ve got one specialist—a neurologist—who’s telling me that after an ischemic stroke and carotid endarterectomy, Aggrenox is way more effective than aspirin protect. On the flip side, I have another specialist, a vascular surgeon, who’s pushing aspirin protect instead, basically claiming that Aggrenox is total nonsense. Honestly, my issue isn't really about $67 the cost difference between a monthly supply of Aggrenox (which is 60 capsules since you take two a day) versus just grabbing a bottle of aspirin protect once a month. The real headache is figuring out which doctor I should actually listen to.

It looks like a remake might be on the horizon; IMDb has it listed as being in development, with a target release around 2012.
That remake project seems to have hit a bit of a wall, though. It was supposed to be directed by Bryan Singer, but it doesn't look like that's going anywhere. Apparently, Singer has his hands full with X-Men: First Class, a remake of Excalibur, and a film version of Battlestar Galactica (basically BSG 3.0).
Aaron Harris93 said:It’s just liquid oxygen, basically taken like you would take vitamins. It isn't sold in capsules; it comes in drops. People over in Europe consider this totally "normal," but here in the States it’s treated like some total mystery.
LOL... this belongs in the "Believe It or Not" section of a tabloid. 😂 What an absolute joke.
Here’s a little bit of actual info on liquid oxygen for you— LINK. By the way, check out this interesting snippet: "Liquid oxygen is also a very powerful oxidising agent: organic materials will burn rapidly and energetically in liquid oxygen. Further, if soaked in LOX some materials such as coal briquets, carbon black, etc., can detonate unpredictably from sources of ignition such as flames, sparks or impact from light blows."
So go ahead, puff yourself up on that liquid oxygen... 🤣

Look, Germany and Japan moved past their old sins a long time ago and turned themselves into actual democracies. Meanwhile, you’ve got Russia and China, which are still deeply undemocratic to this day—not showing even an ounce of regret or offering any apologies for all the crap they've done or are currently pulling.
I finally figured out what was going on. Turns out I’ve been manually typing out my tags using lowercase letters—[u.rl=][/u.rl]—but for some reason, over the last few days, the forum seems to only be accepting them if they're capitalized—[U.RL=][/U.RL]. It's honestly pretty annoying, especially since you used to be able to just type whatever you wanted regardless of case, or whether or not you actually wrapped the URL in quotes.
