These are my absolute favorites.
I guess I'm bringing up an old topic again, but hey, they were such a great band. A little overlooked these days, unfortunately!
I still get a kick out of watching his movies. The guy was a total icon and his technique was just incredible. At the end of the day, his films are just great entertainment.
Pasolini is a god, though I guess he’s a seriously underrated director. "Salò" is definitely something else entirely... but if you want to dive into his work, you really should check out Mamma Roma, Uccellacci, Il vangelo secondo Matteo, or The Decameron. Personally, my absolute favorite has to be Teorema. That movie is such a gem, even though it's actually pretty obscure!
Peckinpah is a total legend, definitely one of the greatest American directors out there.
The Wild Bunch, Straw Dogs, and Cross of Iron are absolute must-sees. I’d say Bring me the head of Alfredo Garcia is right up there too. It's such an incredible, super brutal western.

I mean, I wouldn't call it a total disaster. I guess we're kind of used to results like this. The American team really only pulled off something special when they were playing on home turf during the EP.
I feel like our bench is looking a little thin when it comes to top-tier talent. Maybe if you count Bishop, Kavticnik, Pajovic, Zorman, the veteran Zvizelj, and Vugrinec, we have guys who can actually hold their own in high-stakes games, but everyone else is just... okay, I guess. Natek definitely had massive potential, but he didn't quite hit that ceiling we were all hoping for, you know? Plus, some of these kids are still so young—they just haven't seen enough action yet.

Yeah, especially little Zvizhej and Spiler.
Skube actually surprised me today, though—the kid's looking pretty good!
I’m actually pretty happy with how things are looking. I wasn't expecting much from this national team at the 2010 EP, especially after we got absolutely crushed by Mexico in that friendly match held in Canada. Vugrinec is putting in the effort, but I guess he just isn't at that elite level he used to be, kind of like Zorman and Pajovic. Honestly, maybe only Bishop and Kavticnik have true class on an individual level right now... Kavticnik has seriously turned into a star player, hats off to him!
Yesterday was just a total disaster in the first half. We couldn't even manage to score in those opening ten minutes, and by halftime, the Swedes were already up by six. I honestly didn't even bother watching the second half because it looked like a lost cause, so I’m a bit confused now—I'm reading that Škof was basically making superhuman saves and keeping us in it.

Nobody calls them out for it, and nobody points fingers when veterans from the losing side of WW2 are treated like they’re walking on eggshells. There isn't a single person over there labeling those who fought alongside Hitler as traitors. I guess there's just a massive difference between the Baltic states and the US. Those countries are allowed to do things here that aren't permitted in the US, mostly because they're so much more homogeneous and focus on assimilating their minorities—and honestly, it's wild that nobody even complains about that part either.
They’re basically pushing you around just so the folks who brokered peace between the Canadians and Mexicans back in Canada (the Americans and the EU) can show everyone who's actually in charge.
The big thing is, Estonians haven't been involved in any wars over the last 20 years, which makes a massive difference.
Honestly, boxing is kind of a mess right now, especially since the heavyweights are just totally underwhelming at the moment.
The absolute best fights are happening in the welterweight division (you've got guys like Miguel Cotto, Manny Pacquiao, Cameron Judah, Edwin Valero, and Shane Mosley... plus, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is back in action too!).
