Yeah, honestly, it looks completely unnatural 😬
Web developer here. This is my educated guess: searching for posts or threads by a specific user is incredibly resource-heavy. When you have a massive database and multiple users try to pull up someone's history at the exact same time, a budget-friendly server—like the one hosting this site—just hits its limit. That’s when you start seeing those 503 and 504 errors, double posting, or being unable to post at all. To fix the stability issues, they likely just stripped the functionality entirely. I’ve actually noticed the forum feels faster and more responsive lately, which is probably a direct result of removing that specific search feature. My take? I don't see this coming back anytime soon—if it ever does—because bringing it back would mean upgrading the server resources, and that's an expensive line item.
Just my 2 cents.
You’re honestly better off just downloading P90X (or even P90X2)—it’ll give you the exact same results, but without the unnecessary overhead. It's basically a win-win.
Stick to a three-month window, provided you actually follow a solid meal plan.
I’m also a big fan of grapes 😁
5-10%? That’s an interesting figure—I'm curious, though, what kind of scientific methodology did you use to arrive at those conclusions?
I honestly think you’d be much better off seeing a doctor first—just to figure out what your actual physical limits are before you accidentally push too hard—and then finding a certified professional to help design a workout plan, rather than trying to crowdsource medical or fitness advice from an online forum.

My only real concern now is the breathing aspect. Everyone tells me those double-layered ones make it impossible to catch your breath, and honestly, I'm not sure if just protecting my upper jaw is smart when my braces on the bottom are sitting there completely exposed. 🤷
Yeah, I’ve been looking into those specialized orthodontic guards too. Apparently, they offer single-layer and double-layer options, which leaves me stuck in limbo. Was a single layer enough for you? My fear is someone landing a shot that wrecks my bottom teeth, lip, or braces—even if the top guard feels sufficient for now. 😬 But it feels foolish to spring for a double layer if it’s just going to suffocate me without providing any real functional advantage. God, I'm overthinking this. 🤷
For me, that double-breathing technique was a massive struggle when it came to catching my breath.🤷
All I know for sure is that they’ve designated a specific area for sledding near the end of the white slope, though it seems geared more toward kids. It sounds like you were specifically hunting for a spot with prime sledding conditions—somewhere like Mount Rainier
That’s what we call a race-board style snowboard—it’s pretty easy to spot because it’s noticeably narrower than your standard board, lacks a traditional tail since it’s cut flat, and is designed specifically to be used with hard boots.
Thought I’d throw something in here too

Standing at 5'11" and weighing about 146 lbs—I know, I definitely need to pack on some muscle—but it is what it is. Honestly, I just don't have the appetite to eat nearly as much as I should, and building mass has always been an uphill battle for me.🤷

What you're basing this on feels pretty arbitrary—it doesn't really hold much weight:
According to recent studies, the average American adult stands at about 5'9" and weighs roughly 180 pounds.
So, by those standards, he's actually quite average (well, maybe just an inch under the mean).
It’s truly never too late to pick up a sport for fun—in the vast majority of cases, at least...

Gemma actually covered almost everything already—it seems some people are just having a hard time following the conversation.
That comment was made entirely independent of your specific debate. <.<

That’s true—but even so, she should just send over exactly what the customer ordered, along with an apology, without making it a whole debate. From what I can gather from the details provided, it sounds like a straightforward technical error.

🤣 quietpilot87, you are absolutely killing me with these posts. 🤣

🤣 Exactly—give it three or four weeks and there won't be anything left of those leaves but a memory (speaking from experience here, haha)
Jamie Rivera70 said:That’s awful
I don't see why that's considered "awful"—at least the guy is being consistent. He's hitting the gym regularly—and honestly, if someone wants to prioritize certain muscle groups over others, that's their business, not anyone else's—and now he's just asking which protein is best, which is basically what half the people on this thread are doing anyway...
Susan Jackson12 said:You’ve got some extra weight to lose across the board—honestly, if you focus on slimming down overall, everything else will follow suit. It’s possible your genetics lean toward thicker leaves, sure, but looking at your other measurements, it’s pretty clear there's just some excess there.
^ Exactly this. There isn't much more to be said.
Ronald Cox96 said:how is it even possible that millions of other people don't run into any issues when taking whey—or even some pretty intense supplements ☕
It’s entirely possible—much like how certain rare conditions or disorders, such as Celiac disease, exist. Genetics can be a real wildcard. I'm not saying your kidneys are specifically failing because of protein intake, but yes, it is a legitimate possibility.
