Nah. The folks who actually want to talk about psychology as a legitimate Science usually have the actual Science to back them up—that’s the same old song and dance whenever someone asks for a dedicated subforum for it. But the ones who just want to play doctor, diagnosing everyone's personality disorders and handing out unsolicited dating advice? They’ve got nothing but pure loneliness... though honestly, you can find that brand of nonsense drifting through pretty much any other subforum too.
So I had this one black metal dude bragging to my face about how he used to peek through the keyhole while his mom was showering... just total creep behavior.🙄 The guy basically lives in a bubble of middle school drama, acting like some kind of dark prophet every year to recruit a fresh batch of metalheads into his little cult. When he isn't playing guru, he's just rotting away on his PlayStation.
Honestly, after how brilliant *Art Star* and *Tick* were, this new album felt like a total letdown. They completely butchered it with those long, drawn-out tracks following traditional structures... It just kills her vibe. That raw spontaneity and that whole "innocent but dangerous" sensuality she has? Totally gone. Plus, the music just feels flat and lacks any real energy. I mean, don't get me wrong, Karen is definitely one of the most eccentric and wild personalities out there. She mentioned in an interview that her big inspirations are Bowie, Björk, and—get this—Michael Jackson. And everyone knows she’s been seeing that guy from Liars, who, let's be real, are a way better band anyway. 😎

I don't bother lending my vinyl to anyone because honestly, my friends don't even care about what I'm spinning. Most of the guys I hang out with are strictly into old-school classic rock, maybe some grunge, or just basic garage bands... plus Edo Mother, which is pretty much the only thing we actually agree on. Still, I once let Lipse borrow a few records and he actually dug them. He actually swung by yesterday to grab a massive stack of new stuff. Probably gonna bring them all back tomorrow, but hey, who knows... maybe they'll actually stick.🙄
