They aren't really doing much right now, so I'm just praying it isn't anything major...
But hey, I'm not backing down yet. 😁

Are you seriously already training for "headaches caused by exhaustion" before you've even started your actual workout routine? 👍

Or did you actually get moving? Come on, give us an update! What's the status? 🍿

Chicken thighs, drumsticks, and all those juicy cuts—anything but the breast!
Mixed with veggies.

Alright. It’s absolutely delicious 🙂

Some chicken pieces from the title, about 5 or 6 ounces
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1 tomato
A bit of canned crushed tomatoes
Half an onion
Garlic, spices (I went with Mexican flavors myself), olive oil
- You can toss in whatever else you're feeling (leeks, bell peppers, eggplant, mushrooms... is there even a limit?)

First, get that onion sautéing in some oil until it softens up. Then, throw in the meat—which I pre-marinated in the spices—followed by the veggies and the crushed tomatoes so everything gets nice and soaked in those juices. Just let it all simmer on low heat with a lid on for about 10 to 15 minutes, giving it a little stir every now and then.
Hey everyone... in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Okay, look, I’ve been feeling a little bit pushed by how things have been going lately, so I wanted to give all my fellow forum friends a quick heads-up: I’m signing off for now. I won't be back online until probably somewhere around 5:00 or 6:00 PM because, honestly, I really need to buckle down and study. 😢

And please, I am begging you—don't go suggesting me for a moderator position! That would just make my life so much more stressful, wouldn't it? 🙂

So yeah, I'll probably be popping back in after six...

Catch you later!

I think we should capitalize the first letter of wearyotter81's name 😢

Sure thing. I'll hit you up tomorrow regarding that Mi-24

I find this so sweet! 😬

Maybe I actually have some cracks in there and just haven't realized it yet 😲
I'm still basically getting to know my oven 😳 😬

So, once I pull out the rack, I end up jamming a baking sheet right into those slots where the rack used to sit. 🤷
Then I put the rack on top of that sheet, and then the meat goes on the rack. 😁

(Unless you’ve got one of those old-school ovens that doesn't have these specific grooves for adjusting the height... Mine has four levels with sliding tracks—basically telescopic rails—so the whole tray just slides right out toward me without me having to lift anything heavy.😁)

Don't you "what the hell" me! You don't have an oven, you have a freaking starship cockpit! 😬

Anyway, I totally get the logic now. 😳 😁

Wait, hold on—where exactly are you putting the baking sheet? Are you resting it right on the oven floor? Or do you actually have two racks set up? 😲
Because if you're doing that, it’s basically going to turn into some kind of makeshift grill! 😁

Wait, which rack are we talking about here? Are you asking about the standard setting that comes by default, or is there a specific one you usually toss in the oven?

Or just that total misconception that if a girl has a boyfriend, she’s automatically happy. 😬

Wait, am I reading this right? It looks like she’s clearly asking how everyone's first training session went! 🤣
So, I was thinking about this earlier today—does anyone else ever just sit back and wonder what it’s actually like out there? I mean, really? I want to hear some stories. I’m talking about birth experiences. Please, share your stories! What was it like for you? Was it everything you imagined it would be, or did reality hit you like a freight train the second things started moving? I know everyone’s journey is totally different, and honestly, that’s what makes it so fascinating, right? Was it a calm, peaceful scene, or more of a chaotic, "everything is happening at once" kind of vibe? Don't hold back on the details—the good, the bad, and even the weird stuff. I'm genuinely curious to hear how you all navigated those moments. It’s such a wild, intense part of life, isn't it? 🍿

Elizabeth Diaz42 said:I know this might sound like a silly topic, but here we are. I’m a bit on the shy side—even if it doesn't always show on the surface—and honestly? I’m feeling pretty nervous about having sex for the first time. Everyone keeps telling me, "Oh, don't worry, it's no big deal!" and "It's totally fine!" But seriously... I can't help but feel like you all probably felt some level of anxiety during your first time, too, right? It's hard not to overthink it. 🙂 I really hope you guys won't be rude about this, because I know there are plenty of people out there who tend to react that way. Heh, thanks for being understanding! 😁

Look, I’m telling you, this topic isn't stupid at all. Far from it! 🙂
Just go for it! Seriously, don't let fear hold you back. If you’re feeling a little shy about it, why not just ask the coach if you can sit in on the first session? You know, just watch how everything flows before jumping in. There’s absolutely no pressure to actually participate if you aren't ready—you can just be an observer until you feel comfortable. What have you got to lose? 😬

Ladies, listen up!

Anyway, you’ve got this massive protein wall right in front of your mouse. I honestly don't know how you haven't tripped over it yet, considering how obvious it is 🙄 😁

So, I just did a little digging into that acesulfame potassium stuff. It turns out they don't use aspartame in Elite products, but this stuff is definitely in there. And yeah, there's all those nagging rumors about it being potentially carcinogenic.
Man, what a mess 😁

Optimum Nutrition MusclePharm is actually aspartame-free.
