Way to go, Daniel Ricciardo—honestly, I think you’re already right up there with Fernando Alonso at the top!😁

Today, Fernando Alonso really showed us how "great" he is at wheel-to-wheel racing—if you call getting tossed around like a ragdoll great! He was basically spinning like a loose hubcap out there—everyone just left him in the dust. 🤣

ruggedfox28 said:Man, the conductor was just all over the place today—totally chaotic! 🙂

😂

He totally wiped the floor with him—honestly, it’s been ages since I've seen a performance that dominant!

steelmaker83 said:It's a total long shot for Sebastian Vettel. He’s gotta outpace his own teammate before he even thinks about touching those guys at Mercedes

And let's be real—he'll probably end up slower than all three of them anyway

What a joke

They might start tossing Daniil Kvyat aside just like they did with Mark Webber...

ruggedhawk20 said:Go ahead and laugh. Honestly, I take it as a compliment.

People laughed at Kepler too—so where are all those skeptics now, and where is Kepler?

Registered: Dec 2012.

Were you maybe thirteen back then? That would definitely explain a lot...

ruggedhawk20 said:Exactly—but that lead is shrinking fast. The gap between Mercedes and Red Bull back in Australia was massive compared to what we saw yesterday at the Canadian Grand Prix. That’s my point—Red Bull is closing in on them with every single lap passed.

And they haven't even fully "unlocked" the Renault engine yet.

Once that potential is actually unleashed—well, then we'll see what happens.

A lot of people gave me grief when I insisted that, mechanically speaking, the Renault engine is actually superior to the Mercedes one. To me, it just feels like it has better, more consistent torque. It's really just a matter of waiting for them to fix the software side of things—that's the only real hurdle left.

😂🤣

If you were one of my favorite people on this board, I might actually consider repeating the explanation—but since you aren't, you'll just have to go back and read the posts from a few hours ago.

Man, what a headache.

Unless you're one of those guys who runs out of the stands throwing bananas, right?

May 2014—Rosberg is a fraud.😳
June 2014—Rosberg is a lucky winner.😳
Just a constant loop of "fraud" followed by "lucky"...
By November 2014—Rosberg is the biggest lucky fraud ever, even more than a total disaster.
😵🙂😠

Rosberg is a hero, not a villain.☕

The main point is seeing which Vettel-style driver turns out to be a fraud... honestly, the guy is falling apart right in front of us.😁

ruggedhawk20 said:Mamin, I’m basically just repeating what you said—why are you ignoring the obvious here?! It wasn't some random stroke of bad luck for Lewis; they both hit technical issues at the exact same time. One guy just got lucky, and the other didn't. It's not fate, it's just how the math worked out.

What exactly are you getting at?

Honestly, he’s such a little jerk—there's really no other way to put it. As soon as things don't go his way, he starts pulling these ridiculous faces and acting out.
dustycyclist19 said:There’s honestly nothing quite like watching Alonso pull off a move like that on Raikkonen—especially with a busted suspension! Such a classic moment.
Man, there's no way he's only 0.6 behind—he’s actually pulling a massive 1.6 seconds on them!☕

Alonso really proved his worth back at Abu Dhabi in 2010—and he’s kept doing it with all those titles at Ferrari. I wonder how long it actually took Kimi Raikkonen to grab his first win with Ferrari?
William Bennett53 said:this forum is running like Renault and Caterham. 🙂

I’ve watched this whole Spanish-Russian drama on Sky about ten times now—and honestly, I'm not sure I'd say the Russian driver actually messed up. I don't think it's Alonso's fault either; they were both just doing their best given how messy things were out there. Anyway, I'm really hoping there aren't any penalties—especially none for Alonso—because I'd hate to see his race ruined when he's looking so competitive.

Nah, Alonso is at fault here—he just wasn't looking. That car hit him halfway down the side, and I didn't see much of a skid leading into him...
Look at Red Bull. One minute the owners are whining about leaving F1—which is such a joke, honestly—and then suddenly they're back to being top-tier contenders. Who knows what the regulators let them slide with this time...

Alex Fowler5 said:When you look strictly at raw driving talent, Lewis is probably the best guy on the grid—no question. But mentally? He’s definitely trailing behind that dude driving the little street sweeper with the brushes.

Come on, Alex Fowler5—go vent somewhere else! You shouldn't be dumping your nonsense on the subscribers.🤣🤣🤣🤣

darkmarlin16 said:I still can't get over that incident where they knocked Pastor out of the race—it honestly still stings! He was driving such an incredible race in Monaco until everything just fell apart, and he lost all those massive points in a heartbeat.😢

Pastor was just totally out of control there—trying to dive in even though Lewis had him practically covered by half a car!

I've got some photos here—take a look at where Lewis Hamilton was positioned!

neonfalcon16 said:He basically handed it to them—honestly, there's no point even talking about Lewis Hamilton anymore. It’s wild how much he can just throw away right when it matters. 🙏

Lewis Hamilton is basically his own worst enemy at this point. 🙂

darkmarlin16 said:He's always going at it like a maniac—sometimes he gets someone kicked off, and other times he just sails right through. Honestly, I think the others are actually avoiding getting into a showdown with him because they're terrified of being sent home!😳

Man, you’d probably be happy if one of your favorites could actually pull off what Lewis does—just consistently fighting at the front race after race. But hey, what can you do? They’re just too slow, so I guess all you've got left is this pathetic whining about Lewis Hamilton.

Seen this one before—been there, done that!

Keith Rodriguez27 said:In my book, Alonso definitely played second fiddle to both those McLarens—which he deserved—but you can't deny he drove an incredible race. I mean, finishing a solid thirty seconds ahead of Mark Webber was huge, especially since he started on supersofts while Webber went straight to the hards.

Wait, didn't Webber mess up by switching to intermediates? That’s probably why he lost the gap, right?
stormybadger8 said:Little trolls and tiny Hamiltons, one, two, three 😁

Honestly, sounds like a decent name for a rock band. 🤣

Let him sit wherever he wants. I really couldn't care less. 😂

I honestly think it’ll be tough to top the claim that Red Bull is only this good because of Vettel rather than Newey.

Super tough.

But don't you see? They basically sidelined Webber from the jump this year just to avoid a repeat of last season's drama.

It really says a lot about that supposed "Vettel superiority" thing. 🤣
stormybadger8 said:So, whose is it anyway? 🍿

Since when have we actually been watching F1? Like, since 2010 or what? 🙄

Since when exactly was Newey at Red Bull? And what kind of team was that Red Bull outfit before Vettel showed up? 🍿

Haha!

Man, poor Webber—he almost had that guy beat last season!

They actually had to strip parts right off Webber's car just to hand them over to Vettel—all because they didn't want the German throwing a tantrum!

Honestly, if you ask me—and I really think this is the case—Red Bull's entire success comes down to Adrian Newey. It’s all him!

Honestly, I think Vettel just caught a lucky break—he happened to be right there when the rulebook got a massive overhaul!

Everything’s going to settle right into place by next year—it just takes a little time!
cosmicridge5 said:Your logic is pretty flawed, man. 🙏 If you think "Chase Bank is buying his seat and paying for top driver status" but he still can't even maintain the pace, then he isn't a joke—he’d actually be a legend. 🙏🙏🙏 😁

Though, I guess that’s no reason to be this salty. 🙂

It’s not salt

It's just mockery 🤣

The guy literally said he’d never want to drive for Ferrari, and now he’s sucking up to them more than anyone I've ever seen

Those are just the facts
stormybadger8 said:Just let him troll.🤣

If my memory serves me right, I was busy trashing Vettel and rooting for Alonso the last time I checked in.😂

Wrong—I was actually calling you out for hating on Hamilton

So honestly, you might just want to go hide under a rock, since your guy basically blew the race despite having a car that was a full second faster than everyone else😁
cosmicridge5 said:Maybe try actually watching the races instead of just skimming the results if you want to make comments like that, buddy. 🙂

Alright, he finished 4th.

Alonso is honestly a joke—

the Santander sponsorship basically buys him his seat and that "number one driver" status, but the guy can't even hold his line for a single lap.

🤣
