Every once in a while, I see this warning popping up in the Event Viewer on my Windows 7 machine: Code:
log Name : system source Source: Microsoft-Windows-DNS-Client Event ID: 1014 Task Category: None Level: Warning User: NETWORK SERVICE Description: Name resolution for the name www.google.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.
Exactly. It was always right there in front of me, yet somehow felt worlds away... Thanks for the help...

That’s when it clicked; the link, the full image, the thumbnail, and so on. I just couldn't wrap my head around how I could post one thing while you saw my entire gallery on my profile... Finally, it makes sense.
How can I upload an image via ImageShack so that only the picture itself displays, rather than the whole layout like what happened in posts #1573 and #1558?
This is a screenshot from Google, and this is exactly how I want it to look when using ImageShack.
But this is how it currently looks coming from imageshack.us...

Thanks!
Just go to Format Cells > Number > Custom and type in the zeros you need (in your case, I think it would be 11 zeros).
So far, astronomers have identified three planets outside our solar system—exoplanets, to be precise—that experts believe could potentially serve as homes for future generations of colonists. Back in May, American astronomers discovered Gliese 581 D, located roughly 20 light-years away; it’s about six times the size of Earth and part of a system containing at least six planets. Then, just three months later, a Swiss person reported that another planet, HD 85512b, sitting 36 light-years out, might actually be habitable. This particular planet, tucked away in the Veli valley, has a mass approximately 3.6 times that of Earth.

All fixed! Thanks so much to everyone for the help. 🙏🙏🙏
Don't click the smiley icon under the Posting Rules. Instead, just hit Reply and you'll see the emoji selector right there.
I honestly can't find where the emoji picker is supposed to be...
Post Reply; I'm trying to contribute to the thread; how am I supposed to add an emoji now? Manually typing out the code: 🤔 🤔 OK Is there any easier way to do this, or am I stuck memorizing and typing in codes forever? 🙂

http://www.iobit.com/toolbox.html Grab this little toolkit—you don't even need to run a full installation. Just open up CCleaner, run a scan, and hit "fix." It should clear out all those unnecessary notes and keys sitting in your registry.
Go ahead and install AutoCAD. If things still aren't running right after that... well, who knows? Maybe there's just something wrong with the software itself. Try grabbing a clean version directly from the official Google AutoCAD website.
Well, if you can't get it to run, your best bet is probably just to uninstall it entirely, run a CCleaner to scrub the registry—assuming you have one of those on hand—and then start the installation process from scratch.

It would probably help if you mentioned which major you're actually studying.
Nothing seems to be missing to me. Is it possible the monitor resolution is just set incorrectly? Could you let us know your monitor size and the specific resolution you have selected in your display settings?
3.80 / 12 months = 0.316 0.316 × 3 months = 0.948 $333 + 0.948% = $336 So, if I lock my money into a $333, after three months I'll have $336? That means my total profit is $3.25. If these numbers actually hold up—and honestly, I’m having a hard time believing them—then why on earth would anyone bother saving at all?
One bank states this: Interest rates are variable and expressed on an annual basis.
Annual interest rates for fixed-term, non-purpose USD deposits: (table follows)
Fixed-term USD savings with a variable interest rate Term Interest Rate 1 month 3.25% 3 months 3.80% 6 months 4.00%
The Effective interest rates are equal to the nominal interest rates shown here.
So, here is my question: Let’s say I put $333 into a 3-month term at a 3.80% rate. How exactly do I calculate the earnings? My logic goes like this: $1,000 + 3.80% = $1,038. Am I on the right track? If I'm missing something, how would one calculate this correctly? Could someone please provide an example?
