So, you’re actually going to walk into that situation with your girlfriend? All you're gonna do is tell the attacker, "Look, she's got PMS, she just broke up with her boyfriend yesterday, and today is just not her day..." Good luck with that.🤣

Never! Back in the day, whenever we found ourselves in those spots, I always stood up for my man. I’m not some weakling who starts trouble and then stands on the sidelines while her boyfriend gets pummeled and eventually screams... ☕ Usually, I was jumping on the attacker's back instead. 😬 I won't even tell you how many things I've broken... 😳

That "I don't have to" part... you can see it from a mile away. 😁
Lisa Rodriguez84 said:I’m assuming you’re always playing it safe when you head out... Using protection, obviously...

Actually, I mean condoms. 😁
As for other kinds of protection, I just bring my boyfriend along for the ride... 😁
Or maybe a few of them. 🙂 Or some battle-ready women... 🙂
Not. Quite. But I am getting there... 😁
😁 Don't go buying anything. God bless you, but he could easily get hurt by some multi-purpose tool lying around the house instead.

I have another tip for you—keys.
But make sure it's a heavy ring of at least four or five, maybe even three if you're desperate. You grab them in your fist and slide the keys through your fingers so they peek out over the top of your hand... Lethal. 😳
There's really no need to go out and buy anything; just grab an old valve—you know, the kind with those finger holes that looks a bit like a flower—and voila!...
Total psycho! in Movies ·
Does it always have to be the lunatics? Can we just pick some decent guys for once? If that's the case, a few names come to mind:

Jimmy Barka (Dragan Nikolić, When I'm Dead and Gone)
Frank Booth (Dennis Hopper, Blue Velvet) …Alright, alright, he is definitely a sicko.
Mark Brandon "Chopper" Read (Eric Bana, Chopper)

Someone already mentioned Tyler Durden…

Jack Torrance (Jack Nicholson, The Shining)... Yeah, okay, he’s not exactly my favorite type...

I'll think of a few more…

Personally, I'm all about Velvet 😍 😍 😍

But anyway, let's not get sidetracked by that right now... 😳

Detox tea recommendations? in Health ·
There’s just no way everything she eats ends up being flushed out. The body only gets rid of the excess... it holds onto the nutrients and the good stuff regardless of any tea she drinks. For example.

It isn't healthy to constantly drink tea or anything else designed to force fluids out and speed up digestion. It's fine to give your system a little help with herbal teas every once in a while. Or you might reach for them if you're dealing with actual digestive issues (which happens more often with older folks, and your friend isn't exactly old, right...). But using this as a regular weight loss tactic to prevent food from being "absorbed" is a bad idea.

The only real result will be lazy bowels. Her system will become so reliant on those teas that it won't even bother functioning on its own anymore.

In your situation, if you really are struggling with constipation, my first and most important advice would be to look at your diet. I mean focusing on exactly what you're putting into your body—eating things that don't weigh down your system and are easy for your stomach to process.

And honestly, I wouldn't go looking for advice from friends... I'd talk to a doctor.

Even if she isn't talking nonsense, her digestive issues aren't the same as yours, so one size definitely doesn't fit all when it comes to treatment.

As for that Plant tea, I can't tell you much because I've never heard of it. To be honest, I don't even have bowel issues myself, so I don't have any personal tips to offer. Everything I've said here is just my general take on the matter, not based on personal experience.

You could have easily come at us with knives drawn, calling us demanding, spoiled, unreasonable, or even liars... That’s usually how people react when they feel attacked. But you didn't. 🙂

Honestly, even if I could see what Casey Cook10 actually wrote... if he was trying to come at me personally, he’d be asking for trouble... 😁

+, especially since it's currently "pickling season" for the media. You just have to hand a story to a news outlet on a silver platter, and some ambitious reporter will inevitably start digging. Call them, play the patient, get those heated responses, grab names, and write the piece... You'll see how quickly things turn sweet as honey once they hit the public spotlight. 😉 That sister, her doctor, the clinic, and even that nurse acting similarly—they haven't quite been thrust into the limelight yet...
Red Eyes in Health ·

I’d much rather deal with some stinging red eyes than have my blue eyes constantly watering.

The drop concentration is great. It's perfect for dry, irritated, or just plain unlucky eyes.
But here's the catch—you really have to use them up within a month. Apparently, they're only rated for use for thirty days after you first open them, and you rarely finish the bottle by then.
At least, that's what a pharmacist I spoke with told me...
Is my heel bone growing? in Health ·
steelsailor17 said:It’s called a heel spur, or something like that.

A heel spur? I think you mean, but that's not quite it. If it were actually that, the pain would be absolutely excruciating. You wouldn't even be able to stand on that foot, let alone walk.

Arthur Barnes, don't act surprised—bone growth doesn't care about being polite. Honestly, Kenneth Hernandez67 and I both have this extra bit of bone growing just below our knees; we're basically walking around with built-in protrusions... 🤣

Besides what was mentioned above 😁, I did a bit of running and jumping, which really tore up my meniscuses... I didn't end up having surgery, but I definitely twisted some ligaments and things like that. 🙄
Then, out of nowhere, I noticed these little lumps right under one knee, then under the other... 🙄
