It feels like this weird electric zap shooting through my foot. I actually went to see a specialist about it, but they couldn't figure out what was going on at all.🙄
I suspect what you're dealing with might be something else entirely. Do those bumps of yours (😁) pop out more when your legs are tense? For instance, if you were to squat down? I've noticed something similar myself, though I don't have the bumps and nothing hurts, except for my strained knee ( 🙄 ).

😢 Well... yeah It shouldn't just be something you have to feel your way through; it should be obvious to anyone looking😢 I'm not sure if we're all on the same page here, but this isn't right
😲 😲 I have that too! Honestly, I thought it was just my knees acting up—you know, meniscus issues or whatever else happens when you don't take care of them properly 😳—but this... 😲 It's right on the upper part of the shin, just below the knee Feels like a little bump, almost like a tiny ball 🙄
I’ve had it for over a year now, and I’ve watched it several times. 🙂 It would have made such a lovely gift for someone. 🙂 Plus, it was on TV back in June. 🙂
And ironcrane7 is making great progress; now that we’ve picked up the film and finished watching it, we can get back to the review discussions... (I’m not really feeling up to it right now, but feel free to keep going, guys.)
It’s not quite saying that everything you write can be mastered in a single seminar, though you didn't explicitly claim that either. 😁 First, you have to complete a full year of hands-on training before even touching a Master's level... It isn't exactly a walk in the park. 🙂 But it really is something special. 🙂
To build on that topic and share something useful: there's a free introductory (in-person) seminar for an internationally licensed NLP practitioner program happening this Tuesday, July 12th (tomorrow!), from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the main hall in One World Trade Center in Washington, D.C. At the seminar, you can get a feel for the most important ways NLP applies to real-world business practices and see the full curriculum. I believe you'll need to RSVP (it's hosted by Harvard Business School, so they likely handle the registration). 🙂
Maybe you're just sweating more because of the heat, so your body is naturally calling for hydration? Or perhaps you've been eating spicier food lately, which would definitely make you thirsty. For what it's worth, I drink plenty of water myself... my blood sugar is fine, kidney function is great, and my overall health is solid. I just genuinely enjoy drinking water.🙂 Drinking lots of water isn't usually a cause for concern, unless you have high blood pressure—and as we discussed, it can sometimes be an indicator of diabetes.

Megan Peterson87 asked for our takes on what Earth, Wind & Fire is actually like. If you can't tell the difference between them and Manu Chao, I don't know why you're still posting here. Is it just to pad your numbers or what?!
Just answering Megan Peterson87 and you to be a little provocative... ☕ They're all the exact same garbage! 😁
do-sad-no Honestly, Manu Chao is just perfect background noise for a retiree doing home workouts You know, just go through the motions... arm curls... one, two... keep going... three... So boring A total chore to listen to ☕
I honestly can't decide which I prefer; whether I should blast a heavy drug anthem first to get in the mood, or just get high first and then let the music take over...
Matthew Harris2 said:Honestly, my life is just too chaotic right now. Trying to quit smoking at this exact moment would probably just be a very short-lived experiment. Once I get certain things back on track, I truly believe I'll finally be able to say goodbye to cigarettes once and for all... 👋
Of course. It’s all mental. You just have to find a motivation strong enough to push you through. Something you gain by quitting that offers even more satisfaction than a cigarette ever could. 🙂
