So, here’s the deal, for a few years now, my hair has been falling out aggressively. I’ve seen doctors—honestly, I’ve lost track of how many specialists I’ve cycled through—and I’ve tried all the standard stuff without much luck (Minoxidil, Finasteride, you name it). My hair has thinned out terribly, and the situation just seems to get worse by the day. Every morning, there's just less of it left.
Basically, my scalp is in really bad shape. I'm dealing with severe seborrheic dermatitis (and maybe something else going on too) that absolutely spirals out of control if I miss even a single dose of my treatment. When that happens, the hair loss is honestly indescribable. My scalp feels pathologically unhealthy (!!). I've thrown everything at it, and my only "win" so far has been getting the seborrhea somewhat under control—which helps keep the shedding from being total carnage, but it's still way more than it should be.
So, I wanted to ask: has anyone heard of, or experienced, any kind of therapy that actually works? Or better yet, does anyone know a true master of scalp health—a specialist, a top-tier dermatologist, or even an expert herbalist anywhere in the States who can handle a specialized case like this? I just need someone who actually knows what they're doing. I would truly appreciate any help. Seriously, every single piece of solid advice counts right now.😳
I mean, if she's actually talented, maybe people can overlook that... who knows? Or did you just swap her out for some cardboard cutouts from a department store instead?

Life can shape some people into good ones.
And it can mold others into villains.
Every single one of us eventually hits a crossroads where we have to make a choice...
But before anything else, you actually need a brain capable of thinking things through.

It isn't really about any past "wrong" thoughts or anything... it’s more just this, I don't know, slightly suppressed but still very much there, desire to actually ask her out on a date right now...
Well, go ahead and call her. Just tell your wife not to bother making dinner, since you might be out late...
Or, you know, just be a decent guy and have an honest talk with your wife.

So, imagine you're in a relationship with this girl who’s still incredibly attractive to you. You're really attached to her, and she feels the same way about you. She honestly impresses you—she's smart, sharp, and just a genuinely good person who's always looking out for you and everyone else... Then, you cross paths with this other woman. She’s married, but there's this undeniable chemistry between you two. She already knows you're in a relationship, but she goes ahead and asks you out on a date anyway... Do you go? Or do you stay put and deal with the regret? Maybe you don't go and feel fine, or you go and end up feeling terrible? As for me, I'm not going, but I am feeling the regret, and I guess I just feel guilty for even feeling that way.

As a thank you, I'll hook you up with a great source for high-quality Katana that won't break the bank. Check out www.seppa.de. They have one of our guys working there, so communication shouldn't be an issue at all. Miyamoto Katana
Greetings from San Diego! Here’s the link you need: It goes to the National Association where you can find a list of clubs and their contact info. Check it out and see which training schedule works best for you.
Thanks so much for the reply. I’ve read online that this mostly shows up in infants, but here I am dealing with it myself now. Honestly, the thought of surgery has me a little nervous, but I'm staying hopeful that everything will turn out fine. Thanks to everyone for the support—I'll be sure to post an update once it's all over. Best,
Look, you’ve got a search bar for a reason, threads shouldn't be getting locked just because the Offtopic section gets busy, or because I list something for sale in the Classifieds... There's really no need to shut everything down; people might want to jump back into a conversation later on... What you're saying here is way too vague.
I’m an aunt to a little girl, Nora, who was born on November 30, 2006, with Edwardson syndrome. It’s a genetic condition, and I’ve actually started keeping a blog to document my niece's journey through life. I’m reaching out because I’d love to hear from anyone who has firsthand experience dealing with this specific genetic disorder—I'm looking for real-world insights rather than just medical theory. I'm hoping to exchange stories, data, and practical advice to help us both navigate this.
I’m looking for a kind soul who might have some leads on nursery contact info for two-year-old walnut saplings. Last year, I stumbled upon an article in the New York Times about a specific nursery located near Columbus, but for the life of me, I can't track them down anymore... pls hlp TIA

After those 5 years, take all that cash from the housing fund and dump it into an investment fund. Then, let the dividends from the fund pay off the life insurance premiums. Can anyone actually BELIEVE this nonsense???
Hey there. I'm looking to get into Wing Chun. I happened to hear about a master who goes by the nickname Trunt—his actual last name is probably something similar. If anyone has any info on him (contact details, what he's like as an instructor, where he teaches, etc.), I'd really appreciate it.
I have a hemangioma on my cheek, and I notice everyone here is raving about prof. Uglešić. However, I’ve been scheduled to see Dr. Orihovac at a clinic out in the suburbs. Does anyone know anything about him? Is he any good, or should I try to request a different doctor? Please let me know, thanks!
