Wait, so what happens when, say, an American actor is speaking English in an American movie? Or what about characters with specific regional accents? Does this apply even to big Hollywood blockbusters that were co-produced with overseas studios?
I haven't heard anything about NBC planning that, and honestly, it doesn't sound like something they'd ever do. For anyone who thinks this is just some pedantic nitpicking by language snobs, let me tell you: I watched Blood Diamond yesterday—you know, that politically correct, liberal Hollywood flick—and the scene where LdiC talks to the guy in broken English had perfectly fine subtitles.
Alright, I figured it was time for me to jump into this thread too. It’s been going on for a little while now—a couple of years, actually (I’m 22)—and I can feel this pea-sized lump near my right testicle. To be clear, it’s not ON the testicle itself, but just inside the scrotum or whatever that sac is called. It feels hard and it doesn't hurt, and I don't think it has actually grown in size since I first noticed it. Honestly, the only reason I haven't gone to get it checked out yet is because... well, let's just say I'm feeling pretty embarrassed about it.
I’ve done a bit of reading online regarding symptoms of testicular cancer, like pain and all that, but I haven't dealt with anything like that. I've also been really active with sports for several years now.
On another note, does anyone know if you usually go in for an ultrasound or some other kind of test when you get an exam?
I don't think that's quite it, but thanks anyway...
Typical panic attack symptoms usually look like this: -racing heart -shortness of breath -chest pains -flushing or sweating -feeling nauseous -tremors in your hands or your whole body -feeling sick -confusion -dry mouth -sudden urge to use the restroom -feeling weak. Looking at that list, I don't think I'm experiencing any of those.
If anyone else has gone through something similar, please let me know what it felt like...
So, here’s the thing... I think I’m dealing with something, but I honestly have no clue what it is. My symptoms are pretty weird: whether I’m standing, sitting, or lying down, it doesn't matter—out of nowhere, I just feel terrible. It feels like I’m losing touch with reality or about to black out. Everything around me starts looking like a dream, almost like I'm slipping into unconsciousness for a split second. The people around me don't even notice anything is happening; it's just me experiencing this. This has been going on for a few years now, though not constantly—it comes in waves. I’ve gone to every specialist and undergone every test you can imagine, but they all tell me everything looks fine. Does anyone have any insight or advice that might actually help? For context, I smoke, I drink occasionally, and I’ve never touched drugs. I actually suspected it might be epilepsy, but doctors already ruled that out. AM I JUST LOSING MY MIND?
This isn't exactly breaking news. You might be seeing it for the first time, but this kind of stuff happens all the time... it could just be a clone, which would trigger an automatic ban
I saw that back in the day, but I never installed it and I don't plan to... why would I bother with that nonsense? I value stuff that actually works and stays simple, rather than dealing with all that extra fluff you don't even need.
As you can see from the photos, I’m looking to pack on about 20 pounds. I heard this tip going around about eating five hard-boiled eggs every single night right before bed... but after doing that for eight days straight, I couldn't even look at an egg without feeling nauseous, let alone eat another one (and I mean actual food here, not 😁... ).
They’ve banned all dried fruit from my diet—not that I ever really ate it outside of maybe some muffins, so it's not like I'm missing out on much. But now, I can't touch anything porky unless it's specifically lean ham or turkey bacon! 😂 Honestly, I can live without that... I can still have fats like oils, and whole wheat pasta... though I haven't actually tried the pasta yet. And hey, apparently, even moderate alcohol is fine, whatever that means. It doesn't seem too bad, right? The only thing that's actually killing me is being told I can't have cheese or eggs....

But this damn headache just won't quit. My head is throbbing like nothing I've ever felt before.
Is it even possible for a sinus infection to hurt this much? I've never dealt with anything like this.
It might be my sinuses—during those high fever stretches (hitting 39-40), I was constantly pressing cold, damp cloths to my forehead, and I always sleep with the window wide open.
Honestly, even standard headache pills don't do much; they just leave me feeling slightly dazed and that's it.
And if it actually is my sinuses, do people usually take antibiotics for that or what?
Please, everyone, help me out—this has been going on for five days now, and I can't take it anymore.
By the way, I also recently quit smoking—could there be any connection there?
Those headaches are completely normal when you have sinus issues. Among other things, it's treated with antibiotics, of course...
marinica lives in Riverside, so we run into her all the time... you'll catch her hanging out near the leaning tower or something similar. She used to pop up on local news and stuff quite often. She even performed at the big anniversary concert for that classic rock festival, but yeah, those days are long gone. Still, she’s a sweetheart.🙂 The ultimate 80s sex symbol has settled into being a devoted mom now. She’s tried a few musical comebacks lately, but honestly? Don't. Just don't. It's better if she just stays in Room 23😉
