...let’s say I can't make it down to the gym two or three times a week; let's even push it further and say I can only swing by twice or three times a month; hell, let's say I can only get to the facility a couple of times a year... in that scenario, would 30 minutes of home practice still cut it, or should I be looking at longer sessions?
Since there are some clearly sharp minds on this forum, I wanted to toss out a question related to the topic at hand. I'm about to start training and I'm curious: which is more effective, Wing Chun or Ninjutsu?
I’m in a bit of a bind here... I’m a college student and I don't have a regular gynecologist on file yet, but I urgently need emergency contraception (the morning-after pill), and I honestly have no idea who to turn to right now... Has anyone ever been in a similar spot? Thanks, s.
Justin Watson58 said:...hey there!...I'm more than happy to jump into this discussion... ...so let's get things moving; -to be honest, I usually carve out about two hours every other day. Sometimes I'll get on a roll and train several days in a row, but it doesn't last long because my body eventually demands some downtime, so realistically, it mostly boils down to an every-other-day routine... ...that 30-minute window felt a bit too short to me; I always struggled to justify scheduling my day around just 30 minutes...but I'll leave that as an open question for now...
It’s actually a solid idea. The key would be making sure our daily—or every-other-day—sessions become a genuine habit. If I take a break for even a little while, it takes way more mental energy to get back into the groove... Either way, doing 30 minutes a day, provided you're actually consistent, can do wonders for building discipline and will likely sharpen your skills too.
I’m guessing most Wing Chun practitioners hit the gym two or three times a week for their regular club sessions. But honestly, how much time are you actually putting in at home on your own? And more importantly, what does your solo routine look like? If you're feeling generous, I'd love to hear about your personal training habits. As for me, life gets busy, so I can't always pull off a full-blown workout session every single day. That said, I make sure to run through Siu Lim Tao once a day and squeeze in about 30 minutes of solo drills whenever I can. What about you guys? What’s your routine looking like, and what are your training goals?

La-lix actually hails from the old North American region but is living in the Netherlands now, much like that guy Štulić from Azra. Word on the street is they're playing at KEXP this Friday opening for The Thermals. See, everyone loves those guys too 😍 why don't you just come?
...what can I even say about a crowd that has nothing better to do than churn out six posts a day for two straight years? DIE IN PEACE, YOU USELESS MUSICIANS 😬
blood dolls with zero ideas highway killers bad night, fleeing the city they are coming
...that's all from me... and Johnny anyway, gotta hit the restroom...
Mostly just listening to Azri😬. Every now and then I'll throw on some foreign track, but honestly, I spend most of my day glued to MTV or VH1 just hunting for something actually good to listen to.....
And you’re out here acting all tough like you’re Raymond Barrett12😬 honestly, your taste is absolute trash👍 you really need to work on your self-control🤣
Personally, I think Saw : Rated R for strong grisly violence and language is way better than all those modern horror flicks coming out lately. The second one was alright, but let’s be real—the first movie is always the best, just like most sequels struggle to live up to the original! I'm dying to see Saw III, though I have a feeling the fourth one won't be much good. Still, I might check it out just to see what the deal is and get a look at stars like Tom Cruise or Ben Affleck!
Hi there. My 4-year-old has been diagnosed with meningococcal sepsis, and the doctor mentioned there are still 50,000 pus cells present. I'm really worried—what does that actually mean in terms of severity? Is that number considered critical? If anyone has experience with this or can explain, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
down in Cleveland on the Fourth of July (symbolically)—words don't even do it justice; you really had to be there to feel it🙏 ...jovano, jovanke, teach me mother, punish me...🙏 Stefanov, you absolute legend🙏
Here are some shots from the concert in Cleveland. Seriously, check them out, they're incredible👍 http://orbit.dynalias.org/levis-i-sol/
Hey everyone! My period was about 10 days late, so I decided to grab a pregnancy test. It came back positive, but honestly, I’m still convinced it might be a false alarm. I read somewhere that pregnancy tests can sometimes react to certain hormones that overlap with thyroid issues, and since I already deal with thyroid problems, I'm feeling pretty skeptical. What do you guys think? Is there a real chance this is just a mistake? I've already scheduled an appointment with my OB-GYN, but it’s not for another two weeks, and this waiting game is absolutely killing me.
Hey everyone, first time posting here. So, I’m wondering if it’s actually possible to be stuck with a cold for two weeks straight? Usually, I’m back on my feet in five days tops. Right now, I’ve got this low-grade fever hanging around between 99 and 99.5 degrees, and every morning I wake up hacking through this thick, green mucus. Do you guys think this is just a stubborn cold, or am I looking at something more serious?
