The actors played them so perfectly—they gave them this sense of class and elegance... plus, you've got New York City... those strolls, the beauty of Audrey Hepburn... it's just a gorgeous film.
The movie is... 🙏
"He" has nerves of steel... anyone else would have lost their mind ages ago... 😬
Hey, if you could, please upload ZZ Top up to sendspace or maybe speedyshare!!!! I'm looking for the MP3s, and honestly, if you don't mind, the video files too (just compressed, obviously)!!
Can anyone point me toward a website that’s actually reliable and vetted regarding the true meaning behind the song Hotel California? I'm looking for something solid, like official statements from the band members themselves or something similar. Or, if anyone here knows the real story for certain...👍
The movie isn't just okay—it’s actually pretty fantastic. 👍
Small spoiler alert: I was honestly surprised by how it breaks away from that typical Hollywood formula of intro-conflict-resolution. Instead, everything builds up and hits you all at once in one single, powerful moment at the end... 🙂

My plan is to head to a top-tier conservatory, and from what I've heard, they’ve started including music theory in the entrance exams (up until now, it was just ear training and instruments). I KNOW for a fact that with my current level of understanding, I won't even survive a single semester—and it's not just me, it's everyone in this class. It's because our professor simply CANNOT EXPLAIN anything. She moves way too fast... she'll scribble down three measures of music before half the class has even finished drawing their treble clefs... And of course, when we tell her to slow down, she acts like it's no big deal and then goes right back to doing the exact same thing! 😕 Everyone is struggling with theory solely because of her teaching style. Honestly, if you don't have any intention of going to a major academy, you're probably doing just fine... 👎 Maybe some of you know exactly who I'm talking about, so you get why I'm feeling so frustrated... 😬
Czechs Knock Out Russians in Ice Hockey World Championship Quarterfinals
During the Ice Hockey World Championship in Minneapolis, the Czech players pulled off a massive upset by taking down the Russians in the quarterfinals. A sudden-death goal from Irgl sealed a 4:3 victory, sending a stunned Russian squad packing. In the end, even Ovechkin and Malkin couldn't carry the team on their own. This Saturday, the Czechs face off against the Finns, who cruised through their matchup against Belarus with a convincing 3:0 win.
I’m currently a freshman at a performing arts high school, focusing on the flute. Honestly, the only thing stressing me out right now is my music theory class. My professor is just… bizarre. She has zero ability to actually explain the material, and nobody in class can follow her logic. We all ended up with mediocre grades at midterms, and by the end of the term, she basically just graded us based on whether we showed up or not. A few people are planning to switch over to another instructor who also teaches freshmen—he runs the theory department, too—and word on the street is that he’s supposedly the "greatest theorist in the country." We’re using his textbook for harmony, and everyone raves about him, though if you listen to his current students, the reality might be a bit different. I have no clue how this year is going to wrap up (specifically that harmony class!). I pulled a passing grade at midterms, just like 99% of the other kids in the room... And the worst part? I’m stuck with her for another three years. :S
I’m going to give some of this a shot and let you know how it goes. By the way, I tried fixing it myself, but now instead of actually shutting down, it just keeps rebooting.😕 I haven't even turned the thing on for a few days, but I'll try again tomorrow.
I didn't actually go to a formal music conservatory; instead, I had private lessons with a nun. I started learning piano when I was just five years old. Looking back, it was honestly one of the best experiences of my life, even though I couldn't stand my teacher—she was incredibly strict. 😁
So, I went to the doctor today and they prescribed Elocom ointment. Has anyone here actually tried it? Does it actually work? I’ve been dealing with psoriasis for about two months now, but it’s only showing up on my elbows so far. Is there a chance it could spread to other parts of my body?
😕 😕 quick question... do Yasmine birth control pills start working right away, or do you have to wait until you've taken the 21st pill? I heard they aren't super strong, so is there any guarantee they actually kick in after just the first dose?
In my opinion, the best music in the entire movie kicks in when that French thief—I can't even remember his name—is dodging those laser alarms in the museum😁
