Whether we’re grieving the loss of someone we love or just dealing with any other kind of setback, a little bit of empathy from a friend can make all the difference. For me, grief isn't always about a specific tragedy; sometimes it's just that personal feeling of having something taken away from you. I think true healing happens when we finally come to terms with the fact that what we lost is gone for good. That's the moment where we actually start to process the pain and, honestly, I believe that's when we grow stronger.

I think the incentive is roughly $5.50 for walnut orchards, but I might have miscalculated. Don't come at me with useless comments—unless you're actually planting at least two acres of walnuts, then we can talk!🙂

A few months later, we got back together, but his excuse was that he was terrified I’d dump him, so he figured he should just end things first to protect himself. 😁
We actually made it work for about a year after that, but then he suddenly flipped out again and decided we couldn't be together anymore.
Fast forward through a few months of no contact, we started seeing each other again, and eventually, we were official once more. When we talked about getting back together, I asked him why he wanted this so badly—he was acting like he loved me and couldn't live without me. We stayed together for another year, but things got rocky. I reached my breaking point because, honestly, I just needed a little more attention and effort from him. I told him several times that it was over, but he wouldn't even call me back. So, I finally called him to ask what the hell was happening, and he just said he "needed to think about it." He took a few days to deliberate, and then a week later, he tells me it's done. He says he doesn't love me anymore and that we were just a habit. Of course, he suggested being friends, which we obviously aren't.😁..We've spoken a couple of times since then, and that's basically it..
The thing is, I still love him. I haven't felt this way about anyone else, but I can't tell if what we had was real or just a routine for him. I know people change, but there's just so much history there that I don't even know how to process any of this anymore.

I'm 29 and I have a cyst on my right ovary. My doctor is recommending surgery because they're worried it might interfere with my ability to get pregnant. I'm wondering if there are any other treatment options besides going under the knife—like some kind of alternative method? I really, really want to avoid surgery if I can help it!

My name is Paul, and I live in Kielce, Poland.
This summer I plan to take a North American tour on my bike with panniers and tent. I intend to start at my home town Kielce and travel south through Slovakia, Austria, Canada, America, Mexico, North Mexico to Athens in Greece.
I plan to set off in the second half of June 2006. The whole trip one-way will amount to about 1554 miles, and I’m planning on riding back too.

I am looking for some contacts with bikers in America to help me pick out the best routes across the country and point me toward the coolest spots along the way. I'm also curious about things like the cost of food & drink, where to camp, and so on.

Any help would be hugely appreciated. I'm comfortable communicating in English or Polish—and maybe even some American if you can point me toward a good online dictionary or translation tool.

Back in that "innocent" era about 30 years ago, special effects actually gave us classics like Star Wars. Nowadays, modern CGI has basically buried them. When you watch those behind-the-scenes documentaries alongside the prequels, the conversation is nothing but technical specs—it's all just "look at this effect" or "check out that visual." You barely get a word about the actual plot, and honestly, the storytelling is hanging by a thread.

Look, the visuals are stunning, sure, but where’s the logic? They slap a prosthetic and a mask on a guy who looks like he just stepped out of a barbershop, without even bothering to make his clothes look singed or worn down... HELLOOOOO! Is anyone actually home, Mr. Lucas? 🙄 😵 😁

Boxing at the YMCA?
I'm turning 18 next month, so I figured it was time to get in shape.
I’m about 5'9" and roughly 120 lbs—honestly, I probably fall into the "how are you even alive" weight class.
How many training sessions are there per week, how long does each one last, and what's the cost? Basically, anything related to boxing at the local YMCA.

I am honestly terrified of medical exams. I just don't know how to relax...
