Yeah, sure, because I'm just such a positive, noble, and fulfilled soul even though I'm basically running away from everything in sight. Love is just practically exploding out of me with every breath and every single word I type. 😳 🤣

Whatever. 🥳

Honestly, it's usually the loudest people who push that narrative, constantly shoving their little theories and endless chatter down everyone else's throats. 😁

Right, which explains why we only run into each other once every few weeks when there’s actual work to do. 🤣

Look, it’s not even about being prideful—it’s just a fact. Whether it’s friends, family, or anyone else, I can't imagine having some kind of heavy attachment to a biological entity. Honestly, I wouldn't even mind hopping on a rocket to Mars and never seeing another soul again... though, who knows, maybe I'd get lonely then, but I'm not exactly a saint. 😁
My only real fear is that if I had kids, I'd end up being totally smothered by them. 😲

That’s why online forums are great; you talk to a screen instead of someone breathing down your neck. I've always preferred gadgets and digital interfaces over messy human beings anyway. 😁

Anyway, this whole thing is just nonsense, like astrology or numerology. It's definitely not me. 🥳

Balkanijan Pig said:So, what does addiction and wasted time actually mean?

I mean, it's definitely not exactly "healthy," is it? 😁

🥳

They always say humans are social creatures, and that hanging out with others really helps us grow, feel fulfilled, and stay balanced. 😛 😉 🙂

Enchantress said:That’s basically the same thing as getting sucked into these forum debates. 😁

So you're saying it's an addiction and a waste of time?

I mean, yeah, that doesn't sound particularly healthy to me. 😁

Well, that's basically the same thing as jumping into discussions on an online forum. 😁

And do you even like them?

I can tolerate them a little better than the rest of the two-legged trash out there just sucking up all the oxygen in the room.

Mostly because when we actually hang out, we aren't doing anything particularly productive—and if we somehow manage to actually bond, we still end up making a mess of everything else in our lives...

I honestly don't see the point of hanging out, chatting, or calling people just to talk for the sake of talking without any actual purpose. 🤔

Honestly, there are times when I find people really endearing. 🙂 Other times, I couldn't care less about them. 😁
That sense of "fondness" comes from all sorts of things. Sometimes I’m just in one of those moods where everything feels good and I'm feeling positive toward everyone, and other times it’s triggered by something specific someone says or does—or just a general vibe they give off. 🙂 It really depends. It's situational.

I'm not entirely convinced that this feeling of being "fond" of someone is the same thing as "love."

James Price53 said:Those hippies who love absolutely everyone and everything drive me insane... complete idiots... just leave me the hell alone.

That’s usually how it goes until someone actually pushes their buttons. Then they start whining or throwing hysterics, acting way more offended than any grumpy guy in Brooklyn ever would. What a load of tree-hugging hippie crap.🙂

It’s just basic irritability—you could basically trigger it with chemicals. If you give them enough suggestion regarding that "tree-hugging hippie crap," they’ll find something to be offended by, mostly because they feel the need to act all "enlightened" to judge others. It's pathetic.

David Miller15 said:What kind of feeling is it even...? It’s more than just a feeling—it’s literally Everything. It permeates everything, exists within everything, and is everything. Love is our true nature; we were created by love, or rather, OUT OF love. Our very soul is love.

I picked up Journey to Space on DVD recently, and honestly, I was floored by how much they butchered the edit and cut out scenes.

From now on, I’m not buying any movie until I double-check the DVD runtime against the listing on IMDb. 😠

The issue is your knee, and honestly, eating nothing but steak every single day isn't going to fix that. You should probably go see a different doctor to get a second opinion and see if there’s actually anything you can do about it.

F*** everyone who's against America. in Close to Politics ·
Jalnuški Diletant said:Period.

But who exactly is the enemy of America?

You can't really put it that way. America itself doesn't have "enemies" in any literal sense—it’s just that certain people living within the country might view specific individuals, groups, organizations, or religions as adversaries. For example, you've got folks like you and your Bronx antifa activists, I.L's Jewish community, or the Feniks Nationalist, and so on.
