It’s honestly just a waste of money... If you want visible abs, it all comes down to what you eat and stripping away that layer of subcutaneous fat. Like you said, using an AbTronic Extreme is basically just 🙂 going through the motions without any real results.
I’m reaching out because I really need some advice from anyone who might know something about this. I have pectus excavatum, which means my chest is asymmetrical—the right side sticks out significantly. I’m 17 years old and about 6'1". I tried using those corrective chest binders to push everything in, but honestly, they didn't work at all. Plus, they were incredibly painful to wear. My main question is: is surgery actually an option? If so, where would you recommend I go, what does it cost, and can I get it covered by insurance? This is a huge insecurity for me; it's ruining my summer because I don't even feel comfortable going to the pool or the beach without a shirt on. Please, if anyone has any insight, let me know.
Last time I checked, I could hit about 55 reps with standard weight... maybe three months ago. Now? Honestly, I have no clue what my max is right now. 🤷
@ henmour: You won't see that reflected at an ATM right away. If you're moving money from a Chase branch in Chicago to one in New York, the ATM might take up to 24 hours to update your balance. But if you head into a branch or check your online banking for the New York account, the balance should show up within about 4 hours of your deposit. I guarantee it.

p.s. sorry if this is the wrong subforum
A rotary file? 🤔 😁
Oh, and there's that one shop—I think it was called "Cartoon" over at King Cross or maybe the main one downstairs. They might have them there. 😁

I've attached a link with a few shots from a wedding captured by photo Dan under Lightshow. Just a heads up, I've blurred out the faces to respect everyone's privacy.
Joe and I got into some personal drama, and honestly, we let it spill over onto this forum. I really regret that. We both made fools of ourselves—mostly me, though—but that’s strictly between me and Joe.
Regarding my permanent ban: it wasn't because I was spamming or being toxic. I actually asked for it myself during a moment of pure frustration, and looking back, I feel pretty bad about it.
I had two alt accounts. One was from a few months ago when I unsuccessfully begged the admins to lift my ban, which ended up getting that account banned too. The second one was just something I set up to bug Seth about Fallout 3—the same game we were geeking out over while grabbing beers and coffee that same day. I posted a few times using that account. I’ve never tried to hide behind alts, and when TBF asked who I actually was, I told him straight up. Naturally, he reported it, and Seth had to ban that account as well. Thanks for being on the ball, TBF. 👍
Since then, I’ve just been lurking as a guest. I check in on NASCAR occasionally, but honestly, I’m not that invested anymore. This isn't really the same community I used to know.
silverrider40, cool username, but please don't try to pose as me. It’s not cool. 👎
Can anyone help me identify a specific piece of equipment used for physical therapy during post-fracture recovery? I heard about it from Dr. Peharc in San Francisco, who actually recommended something similar while I was visiting Washington, D.C., but I haven't been able to track down the exact model yet. Does anyone know what the rental or usage costs are for this kind of device, or where I can find one locally? Thanks!
Mark Martinez4 said:Look, I heard about this inmate in the US who managed to hide two packs of cigarettes in her rectum... honestly, I think stuffing a small bag in there wouldn't be an issue if you've got enough willpower.
🤣
Anyway, just tuck it into your bag and you'll be fine. Neither the agent nor anyone else is going to notice—total trolls!
Timothy Martinez2 said:I was wondering if there's anything out there to help curb constant thirst? I feel like I have to drink water every five minutes. Serious question here...
Don't try to play doctor—just make an appointment tomorrow. Excessive thirst can be a major red flag for high blood sugar or diabetes. You really should get your glucose levels checked.

It doesn't mean it's impossible, of course, but the odds are relatively slim. Well, fingers crossed for you; hopefully next time you'll either have a condom handy or your partner will be on the pill so you can just enjoy yourselves without the worry.😉
Yeah, that’s basically just gambling on luck.. personally, I don't play those kinds of games. It’s way better for my peace of mind to just grab a box of condoms than to spend the next few weeks stressing out about whether she’s pregnant 🙂.. anyway, thanks for the input!!
