I seem to have missed this...

And what exactly is this?
Is this spam, trolling, or just outright insults?

It was merely a review of the Western story posted in this subforum, specifically regarding this part:

swifttiger75 said:TBF he swung toward darkmarlin16, but he didn't land the blow, since John Doe smashed a whiskey bottle over his head.

I would suggest you read the whole thing because it is quite engaging, though I realize reading "someone else's fiction" isn't exactly your idea of entertainment... 🤷

I shall attempt to adopt your brevity in hopes of fostering a better understanding between us: there is a fundamental distinction between committing a racist outburst and simply noting that an individual is known for such outbursts.

As for your hour-long contemplations regarding race and nationality, I would suggest you stick to subjects where you possess at least a modicum of actual knowledge.

The idea itself is solid, honestly—it's just a shame they didn't put it all together in one go.

Both you and I ended up stuck in the city with Pat and Sukki.😍

Hmm, I’m still trying to wrap my head around whether those two gunmen from the saloon are actually tied to the gang that hit the prison, or if we’re just looking at two separate incidents that happened to collide at the exact same moment?

And poor Sheriff Dorian, with the whole posse out on the hunt, yet he’s stuck babysitting some brat who’s clearly begging for a deserved beating. 🤷 It’s a good thing John Doe is there to patch him up, otherwise, he’d be absolutely screwed...

And so, having been nearly lynched after taking a beating and being tossed right out the window, darkmarlin16 ends up being the second one to sign up for the manhunt to find his buddy. One has to wonder... is he actually the chosen one? 🙏

An excellent breakdown. 🙏 🙏
I honestly thought Mom's handgun would misfire, but this is close enough for comfort.
Whose horse kicked me? Where did the Sawyer run off to? Did the bandits release asdfgx? Who got wounded in the lounge? Does shadowhawk24 deserve Montana? I'm eagerly awaiting the next installment... 🙏

Good grief...
The post reported by 8 times isn't an instance of racism; rather, it is a direct observation regarding your habitual behavior.

John Doe said:Now go ahead and mention how half of the Belgian national team isn't actually Belgian.

To be clear, John Doe wasn't commenting on the racial identity of the Belgian players as an end in itself. He was pointing out that you have been repeatedly penalized for making such racist remarks—specifically claiming that Black players in the French national team cannot truly be French because of their skin color, or suggesting that Hamilton isn't a true Briton. That is precisely what John Doe noted. The fact that you feel personally targeted because someone remembers your track record does not constitute an offense.

As for the warning that led to your ban: you received it after you decided to participate in the sub-forum's driver guessing game by using the report button to express your opinion. After honestly spamming reports on John Doe's post, you chose to abuse the reporting tool for your own purposes, which is a blatant misuse of the system.

Furthermore, both the warning that pushed you toward a ban and the penalty you accrued while banned were minor 10-point custom infractions, which is actually less than what you deserved. Your issue is simply that you were hovering so close to the limit that any small slip sent you over the edge.

Simply disappointing. 🙏 🙏
With two separate gangs of outlaws planning to stir up trouble in our otherwise peaceful city, one can't help but wonder when we might see some relief. I find myself hoping that we will soon receive assistance, whether it comes in the form of local volunteers stepping up or intervention from federal authorities. 😁
How to increase DM limits in Feedback & Suggestions ·
I am in favor of raising the limits, provided we follow up by scaling back those users who rack up an excessive number of reports. For instance, when someone first opens an account, they could be granted 50 messages worth of space, but once they’ve hit at least six months of tenure and 100 posts, that limit increases to 200. However, for every ten reports filed against them, the user's space should be reduced by 20 messages. The most frequent offenders would eventually see their inbox dwindle down to just 20 messages, at which point the reductions stop.

William Bennett53, you mentioned this was the spot for that kind of stuff, but hey, I’m just double-checking to be absolutely sure before I dive in.

That’s correct; this thread is specifically intended for discussing the rules. 👍
This thread is dedicated to the Singapore GP 2013. Please return to the original discussion here.
darkmarlin16 said:Since when did they start holding races on Saturdays?

Saturday is simply part of the race weekend. And no, points aren't being handed out then, but it clearly demonstrates who actually has the pace, given that nobody is likely to drive qualifying any slower than their absolute limit.
Roger Wright94 said:It seems we've collectively lost our appetite for discussion ahead of the race.
Perhaps it's simply a lack of suspense, both for this specific event and for the championship at large.

So, an extension of the Mercedes and Red Bull Racing dominance looks all but certain.
Is there anyone actually capable of challenging them right now, even momentarily?

To be honest, my mind is already drifting toward 2014 and the excitement awaiting us with the new engine regulations and the inevitable intra-team battles (specifically Kimi Raikkonen and Fernando Alonso, though perhaps Grosjean and Hulkenberg if my predictions hold and Grosjean plays it smart by pairing up with Hulkenberg).
I am not entirely certain what Lucia Montezemolo’s personal leanings might be—perhaps she favors Alonso, given her complicated history with Kimi—but I suspect nothing would delight her more than watching a high-stakes, nail-biting battle between Kimi and Alonso for the championship title. If she could orchestrate it, I am convinced she wouldn't care which one actually takes the trophy, provided the winner was whoever she ultimately preferred.
I trust, and certainly hope, that the Ford faithful feel the exact same way. 🙏
(If we were discussing Renault, my perspective might differ slightly.)

@clark - I am genuinely curious to hear the thoughts of you Ford supporters on this matter. Though, I suspect a poll like this is somewhat futile; it would be nearly impossible to prevent Alonso fans from tilting the results, considering how deeply they have infiltrated the enthusiast circles.

Give me a break... we all know covering up the podium isn't some grand strategy. Truth be told, most fans would probably try to sneak their own little logos in front of the lens if they knew which camera was going to be live.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed that Massa delivers today and finally convinces the bosses he deserves his seat for next season. 🙏 🙏
To be clear, I am not exactly a Red Bull Racing supporter, but there is a certain satisfaction in watching Ferrari struggle with their own internal drama. 👍

Come on, Felipe, show them what you're made of and leave the doubt behind. 🙏 🙏

Gentlemen, I have moved several dozen posts from this thread to their appropriate locations (specifically in my driver has more talent than yours). Among them, aside from the usual nonsense like "Vettel is a fraud and Alonso is an unlucky god" or "Red Bull doesn't have a dominant car," there were actually a few insightful posts, but they don't belong in a race discussion when they are focused on historical comparisons.

In any case, please continue those discussions over there, as the community here is within its rights to complain when things veer too far off-topic.

What kind of qualifying session was that?

The Renaults and Hamilton... 🙈
Hulk! 🙏 🙏 🙏

It’s looking like a classic Ferrari scenario. 🤣

Alonso: "Felipe is too quick."
I suppose Felipe isn't checking his radio, otherwise they might have warned him he was threatening the majesty of the team. And the result?

4. Felipe
5. Alonso

Pure masters. 🙏 🤣

I don't have any doubts regarding Jenson Button; you know he’s always had my respect. My skepticism lies squarely with McLaren. I suspect that if they possess even a shred of intelligence, they've already abandoned this embarrassing mess of a car and are halfway through designing a superior machine for next year. In fact, I’d argue that McLaren's greatest advantage heading into 2014 might actually be how badly they fail this season.
