My daughter just turned 18, and she’s still right in the thick of that intense teenage phase, except now she spends her entire weekend out on the town... I honestly can't tell if I'm going to end up losing my mind from trying to keep up with her, or if I'll just find myself staring at the ceiling wondering where it all went wrong...

I inserted a 16 GB flash drive and tried to move the video onto it, but I keep getting an error message saying “The file ... is too large for the destination file system.“ Even after I tried to format the USB drive, the exact same thing keeps happening... Does anyone happen to know what might be causing this issue?
Try formatting it as NTFS instead The FAT32 system just won't support any individual files larger than 4GB...

The destination is also within the Eurozone. When I spoke with my folks at JP Morgan Chase, they suggested I just handle everything through their mobile app, which would cost me only $10... whereas if I went into a physical branch, they’d charge me 90 . But here's the rub: I'm staring at the screen right now and there is absolutely nowhere to input the recipient's IBAN. It's just not there. I've tried searching on Google, but I can't find anything helpful about processing wire transfers via the JP Morgan Chase app.
I am honestly at a bit of a loss as to how to fix this.
On the JP Morgan Chase app:
Enter transaction details
Sender - Me (pre-filled)
Recipient IBAN... (is it theirs? It won't accept it... is it set to dollars??? Their IBAN seems to have a few fewer digits than what I'm trying to enter)
Did the bank give me the wrong advice entirely?????
There is simply no field to type it in. And now it's asking for some specific model and reference number for the recipient, something like US ___ ________________. Where on earth did that come from?
My wife just told me to head home and pay it in person to save some money, which sounds lovely in theory $20.
I am feeling quite desperate here.
I have all their information ready to go—the IBAN, the Tax ID, and the Swift code.
I have done foreign currency transfers before without any issues at all...
I don’t hold any stock in the concept of hell, and frankly, I couldn't care less about what happens to his immortal soul... what actually weighs on my mind is the toll his actions take on his family and everything they have to endure because of him.
I was sitting here yesterday reading through this thread and couldn't help but chuckle at some of the stories, but then today I get hit with that dreaded "incorrect PIN" message Oh man, what an absolute joke...

I've been struggling with frequent thoughts of suicide lately, and honestly, it would be a tragedy not just for me, but for everyone around me too. If I can manage to bring in about $1,000 to $1,200 a month, I could set aside maybe $250 monthly to focus on my own mental health and well-being. After all, if I'm not here, none of this matters anyway.
Listen, son, reading this makes me realize how many truly "healthy" people in this world simply don't possess your level of self-awareness. It might sound trivial or even cliché, but I truly believe you have every reason to feel immensely proud of yourself for taking these steps...

After doing a quick Google search, it finally clicked—it’s essentially a BDSM dynamic. She controls every single facet of her professional life so intensely that, in her private life, she actually craves leadership and surrender. That realization made everything fall into place 😬.
It’s a fascinating film—definitely one where you expect one thing and end up with something entirely different 👍.
Exactly, you go in anticipating a period drama about a tailor, but then suddenly...
I honestly had no idea what I was getting myself into with this movie, so it definitely caught me completely off guard in the most delightful way possible. The whole experience felt like one big, hilarious "what on earth is happening" moment... That scene where the little girl is standing on the balcony next to the guy, and you can only see the very top of her head... it’s just so silly and incredibly funny...
Personally, I found it absolutely wonderful—it’s definitely unconventional, and I know it might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I truly relished every moment of watching it... though, honestly, I'm not quite sure how I would even begin to describe the experience or recount the plot to someone else.
I’m not usually the type of person to walk out of a movie halfway through—honestly, I’ll try just about anything—but this one was such a struggle that I actually found it nearly impossible to sit through 😢
Then again, I suppose I might just have a bit of a personal hang-up when it comes to those gritty "white trash" tropes in general...
I swear like a sailor, but honestly, it’s purely for my own health... I truly believe that if I didn't have this outlet—aside from maybe some old-school leech therapy or bloodletting—my blood pressure would spike to a thousand during a crisis, and I'd end up having a stroke before I even get the chance to enjoy being this young and beautiful.
It isn't like I'm swearing all the time, though; I can definitely keep it under control when I need to. It's certainly not because I'm uneducated, illiterate, or just too lazy to find better words... it's simply that letting it out brings me such a sense of joy, providing a sort of verbal catharsis that helps me blow off a little steam here and there. After all, isn't a well-placed curse word much better than losing my cool entirely?
