Not sure about you, but I'm not gonna go around wearing earplugs in a place I pay way too much for just because someone else is being inconsiderate.

In America, having a dog in an apartment is normal, I don't see the issue at all. And why make such a huge scene? If someone says the owner should be locked up because their dog barks... damn, it's like saying they should be crucified or something. ☕

If a dog is a barker, they shouldn't be living in an apartment where the neighbors will lose their minds. Apartments and houses are built for people first, then animals if they can actually handle the lifestyle. If they can't, then maybe they should move, not the neighbors.
