- slurs against religious minorities, attacks on Aljaždec, labeling Canada an "artificial construct," and claims that "America has the right to militarily overhaul Canada" - nostalgia for "the good old days" regarding ethnic cleansing - photos of Nazi forces - racial slurs such as "Nigerian monkey," "Pakistani monkey," or "Russian donkey" - constant vitriol, including repeated instances of hatred directed at Dalmatians - statements that "Chechens are trash people" - profanity like "get lost," "beat it," and various other vulgarities and insults toward moderators
This is merely a fraction of the repertoire used by a large number of users, behavior that is actively permitted and even encouraged. If I had more time or inclination in my life, I could—and perhaps should?—document every single one of these inhuman outbursts, creating a list that wouldn't stop at the dozen examples I can recall, but would stretch into the hundreds collected over recent months. All while absolutely nobody has been held accountable.
There are no excuses about being on vacation; I am telling you, the moderators have all been online several times.
Furthermore, this isn't a new issue (hello, rustydrifter10!), and extremely ugly things have been happening here for quite some time, including blatant violations of the law, all with the tacit blessing of a certain level of moderation.
There is NO punishment. Or rather, if there is any, it is so purely symbolic that it cannot even be considered a penalty.

But the platform isn't just garbage because of these petty insults; it's also because I was slapped with a warning for "trolling," even though calling out a moderator for referring to people's families as livestock isn't trolling—it's an observation. To make matters worse, they completely ignored their own moderation guidelines; the mod in question handed me a strike for being offensive, which is a total farce, considering he's the one acting like a sociopath by suggesting anyone with a shred of sanity would call a person's family "livestock."
Then his buddy, another moderator who has harbored a grudge against me ever since I dared to ask legitimate technical questions about splitting PDF files—questions he couldn't answer, by the way—steps in to label me a provocateur before deleting my post entirely. When I tried to take it to the site administrators to ask why my message vanished, he deleted that too.
And so it goes.
That is precisely why this forum is a dumpster fire.
It's because the moderators here treat users' families like cattle, and they have a little clique of moderator friends to back them up.

It's because they have some default padding that vanishes upon hover, much like how a poorly planned budget disappears the moment you actually try to use it 🤦
